I had a great experience working with Jam's Landscape and Garden company. I worked with Roger on the landscape design. He was a pleasure to work with; Roger's expert knowledge of plants and his willingness to accommodate our needs got us to a lovable garden landscape that our family is so pleased with. Both Roger (designer) and Neal (project manager) were impressive in how they executed the work, and they met all the expectations from the estimated work dates to the result of the landscape work. I highly recommend Jam's Landscape and Garden because they deliver excellent results and a great experience.

We have had such a great experience with Jam's! They did some work at my parents' house and it looked amazing, so we felt confident in their services from the get go! We worked with Roger, who came to evaluate our needs, and take measurements and photos. Then he sent us an estimate which included a digitized photo of how the completed work would look.

They redid our whole front lawn (sod) and put in a garden bed, and added beautiful edging to an existing bed (which they also weeded/mulched etc). It turned out exactly like the picture in the estimate! We love coming home to such beautiful landscaping! It makes us feel proud of our home. They have great customer service-- all of our interactions have been very friendly.

The only snag was that some cable lines were damaged during the work, but Neal assured us that, if needed, they will fix any landscaping after Comcast finished their work. No problem at all! Overall we have been very pleased and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic job! Felecia was a great help with planning the project. The crew was wonderful, hared working and pleasant to be around. Although the project was in one corner of the yard, the crew did lots of extra cleanup. Yard looks great! Highly recommend Jams!

We have an elevated slate patio with a 2.5 foot high brick wall on its front side across the back of the house. It desperately required attention. The project manager completed a thorough assessment of the project, made recommendations, gave a theorough DES tuition of what would transpire and provided an estimated time to completion. The work crew arrived every morning, as a group rather than individually, and began working immediately.

The project manager frequently visited to ensure work was progressing as promised and with the quality promised. The crew was extremely professional and diligent in their work ethic. They were very respectful of our property and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. The work was completed one day early and on budget. The transformation of our patio and the back of our house was remarkable. We highly recommend Jams for your landscaping, patio design and rebuilding, brickwork and concrete work around the pool. Exceptional quality, very professional.

I have not yet received service and will update when I do. That being said so far they have taken my money but not given me a start date for weeks and also aren't keeping scheduled times to discuss the project. I'm not sure what is going on but wouldn't recommend them at this point. Will update when project is completed

We live in Davidsonville and have a steep hill in front of our house. After several estimates and designs by landscapers we were most impressed by JAMS. Felecia's design was so detailed and well thought out. We are so happy we went with them. The entire process was completed by true professionals! And Felecia oversaw the entire operation. Our hill now looks beautiful. We highly recommend JAMS Landscaping.

Repair work, plus landscaping, all exceeded our expectations. JAMS came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Strongly recommend their work.

I am on the board of an HOA in Bowie and Jams maintains our community. I just wanted to take the time to brag about them. Tim Burkhardt is one of their managers, who really does an incredible job for us. I couldn't speak more highly of their company and what a pleasure it has been dealing with them these past few years.

Hey all! I love the company and the name of the company it's so easy to remember. Just call Jams. it rolls right off the tongue, they are professional and have the lines of communication open. Always attentive being a phone call away to answer our questions. We are more than happy to have Jams apart of our community here at Park Station Apartments in Gaithersburg MD.

This is the least competent landscaping company I have ever seen. Over the past several years they killed our trees by piling more than two feet of mulch around them. They pulled out my azaleas in the spring because the leaves had not come out yet. Their idea of pruning is to arbitrarily hack off branches. They don't rake or weed. If they come across something they can't mow over, they pick it up and toss it against the side of the house.

They don't repair any damage they cause (broken window well covers from being stepped on, destroyed bed edgings hit with a mower). When paid to plant three shrubs, they set them on top of the ground and dumped two feet of mulch around them. Their latest blunder just takes the cake. Instead of applying a pre-emergent to the grass, they applied a broad spectrum herbicide and killed it all. They do do an excellent job at snow removal. Just don't let them near anything living.

All I can say is WOW! Rick came out to our house and totally transformed our yard. His designs are AMAZING! Highly recommend Jams.
