We put down $6,000 deposit for a retaining wall in early April. We reviewed several companies and decided to go with Villa Landscapes in Oakdale based on both their price and promise that this could be done by early August. So far, with repeated phone calls, we have no date for our wall installation. I feel taken by this company, and plan on reporting to BBB. It's a shame.
I could not run a business like this, where I take a customer's $, promise to deliver and string a customer along. "Scott" the manager never has returned 1 call since receiving and cashing our check. I've called 5 times to reach him. Buyer beware. We're out the $$ and no wall or date for installation yet. Go with Minnehaha Landscaping. They are pricier but guarantee their work and delivery. That's what you pay for. Honesty, not empty promises and no product.
