Patio Town-Burnsville

Purchased a Napoleon natural gas grill which was damaged by the independent delivery service on elivery but not noticed until after delivery service had gone. Between Patio Town (service) and Napoleon (parts) the grill was restored to "brand new" without cost or hassle. Both organizations were focused on providing a positive experience and resolving all of my issues. Did not have to deal with a third party.

A special note of thanks to Mark Seifert (Burnsville store manager) and his associate, Mike (a staff member), for only focusing on resolving my issues completely and in a timely manner. I am 100% happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to do business with Patio Town in Burnsville.

Put in two orders for my material. The first time they sold it to some one else because "I took too long". Didn't bother telling me. I placed the order again and they said it was going to be 3 weeks and they would call me when it was in. It has been about a month so I called to check in and turns out they haven't even pulled the order. They are going to check what they have available.

I have ordered from every major hard scape supplier in the metro area and never have experienced such poor customer service. From one contractor to another. Don't waste your time.

If you are looking for landscaping materials, such as class 5, sand, stone, pavers, or mulch I would rate them 5 stars. If however you are looking for a high end Napoleon grill, I would rate them a 0. Their customer support is HORRIBLE. We bought a $2500+ gas grill from them. They delivered it and left. They assembled the grill and never verified that everything worked correctly. When I called them they told me to talk to the manufacturer. So patio building materials A+, any patio accessories an F.

This place is awesome! We got a hot tub and after getting quotes for a small deck, decided to see if it was a paver project that we could do ourselves. Elise was amazing to work with. She helped us think out all the elements we needed, told us how to reinforced the platform with a retaining wall and helped us realize this is a project we could take on. Prices are competitive and overall just an easy, pleasurable experience.

We were looking for some patio chairs, and one young woman was helpful, but it was quitting time. They all packed up and left and explained that we would have to move the traffic cone to get out of the lot. So we moved on to another store, where we purchased some chairs.

Friendly and helpful staff. There is a nice outdoor showroom. Staff was initially very slow to help us (it took over 15 minutes to be greeted or offered service), but when they did help us, they were very professional. They have some nice, maintenance-free outdoor furniture that is more reasonably priced than many competing products.

Just finishing up a DIY flagstone patio and had everything ordered and delivered at Patio Town Oakdale. They had a good selection and great quality materials along with a wonderful staff. We went with natural flagstone that has a varying thickness which caused it to be short for square footage. They worked with us to help figure out the remaining material.

I came here looking for just a few things for around my house. Despite the fact that I wasn't there for any big ticket items, they answered all of my questions without Hawking over me or trying to upsell me. They gave me space to decide but were right there to help me with questions and check out. I also feel like I got a good product at a much more reasonable price than I was expecting when I drove up. I *highly* recommend them.

This place was awesome.super helpful. Nice to have a place that knows what they are talking about and how to do it. I had been all around trying to get ideas to replace my worn steps. Had a quote for $800 from another place. Went here they gave me best option it was $140. Very very happy customer. I will be back with other projects.

This is my first and last time here. My husband and I waited for help for 10 minutes and watched while 3 employees ignored us completely and helped one other customer. We left without being greeted in any fashion. So VERY disappointed in their obvious lack of customer service. A pretty poor way to run a business.

My husband and I had such a great experience at Patio Town in Burnsville! Mark was our sales guy and he was so helpful and took time with us even though we only were building a little 8 x 10 foot paver patio. He made us feel like we were just as important as some big time contractor. We highly recommend Patio Town! Oh, and our patio turned out awesome, thanks Mark!
