Coogan's Landscape

The job that Coogan's did for us was absolutely fantastic. We had our entire back yard remodeled, which included tree removal, grading, pool with spa, landscaping, irrigation, and even a deck remodel. We had meetings with their design team at the start who provided us with all the information up front, including a great 3D rendering of what the completed project will look like from many different angles.

The craftsmanship of the pool deck and spa is absolutely gorgeous. The tree/bush/plant selections and subsequent landscaping is better than we could have ever envisioned when we first started. Our project manager Patrick Silver was there every step of the way, always answering any questions we may have immediately and taking care of any concerns we may have had, which made this large scale project stress-free for us: for which we are very grateful! Outstanding company!

Coogan's Design-Build was hired by my husband and I for landscape design, drainage improvements in certain areas of our yard, and to repair/re-pour concrete. From start to finish the project went smoothly and was completed timely. Both David and Kieran are extremely knowledgeable and dependable. They really listened to our concerns and requests, and provided solutions and a design we love! We are very happy with the work they completed on our new home. I recently had Coogans come out to my house to help me with a master plan for my back yard. It's a cumbersome project with many moving parts. pool, gas fire pit, seat walls, meditation area, she shed and more. I was very impressed with their level of creativity and can't wait see it come to life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a creative edge.

We recently hired Coogan's for a face-lift on our landscaping. We had the original landscaping in place since we built our home over 25 years ago. We gave our project manager full discretion over the design and materials used in the project. He did an amazing job. We have had many of our neighbors compliment us on our yard. Also even though our project was not very large, we felt like we got outstanding service.

The project manager was very attentive to our needs. When we asked for some adjustments he was very responsive. We are looking at doing some additional landscaping in the fall and we will be calling Coogan's again!

I can't thank this team enough for helping to create the backyard and pool of my dreams. I had been searching for houses with pools for a few years and finally decided to build my own. This team met with me countless times to help design the right pool for me and the house as well as designing and building an outdoor living area that quickly became my favorite "room" in the house. We hired Coogan's Landscape Design for a total renovation of our backyard. Our backyard was not very functional and was never used. Tom Coogan and his team created a backyard paradise, building a covered porch with an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool with a waterfall and hot tub, a stone fireplace, and a complete re-landscape of our backyard. We hired Tom because of his integrity, honesty, and the top quality of his work. Coogan and his team did an outstanding job and truly created the backyard of our dreams. We could not be more pleased.

We hired Coogan's Landscape to add some flair to our very basic yard. After consulting with us, their designer, John, drew up plans and made suggestions based on what we wanted. The resulting effect was perfect. The plan consisted of bushes around the base of the house, several trees and some flowers. We had initially wanted larger, more mature trees. John informed us that planting younger trees would be much more economical and that within a few years they would grow to match our expectations. He was absolutely correct and kept us from spending much more money than was necessary.

We hired Coogan's for a backyard makeover. I had used them before on a smaller job and wanted to go with someone I knew. Derek redesigned our backyard to incorporate a living area with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The whole team there was friendly and professional. When ever I had questions they seemed happy to help, even after changing my. mind several times about the fireplace stone.

The price was fair and the work was done well. I felt like they knew what they were doing. My new yard is awesome and we love spending time out there. Coogan's truly gave us what we wanted and we couldn't be happier.

My Wife and I are extremly pleased with the results of the Landscaping Project on our new home on Lake Wylie that Coogan's Landscaping preformed. We meant with John Lashley for the Design and he was so professional and made us feel very comfortable. He also meant with us several times to pick out stone or plants and kept us very involved in the project.

Once the project got started Brandon Lyon took over and he did everything he said he would do and went beyond our expectations. They also hired Kyrin & Diego who had gave us guidance and new ideas to enhance the landscaping on our yard and it turned out beautiful. Tom Coogan has an oustanding crew and would highly recommend using this company for your landscaping needs.

I hired this firm to do an overall design for out property with plans to have it installed over phases with the first phase or happen asap. I started working with the designer in August with a 2-3 week. timeline on a design. Although I really like d the design it was months and then I missed their window fro installing in the fall. I asked for a quote on a portion of the landscaping and found the quote to be superficial, lacking any detail to make a determination on their plan. Needless to say, I went an quote 2 other firms and found all other to be reasonably detailed and 1/2 to 1/3 the price Coogan quoted. I guess they did not want my business.
