I am here often (at opening this morning) and I have always had positive and informative interactions with absolutely everyone that works there. Always a great selection and healthy plants. Bought my home& land in 2018 and have spent thousands each year here. Have never ever tried to return anything here till now. I had several of my 2021 plants die 1/6 hearty kiwi plants die, 1/4 palms and 1/8 rose bushes purchased in 2021. Thought I had a year guarantee on all hearty plants this is not the case. They wanted receipt though I have an account and they said the guarantee was only 6 months which is not was was offered as signage on the plants when I bought them it offered 1 year. I own a company and thoroughly believe in customer service. This pace has noooo customer service they should have replaced my plants and not hassled me.

Very interesting place if you're a gardener or not. They have various annuals, perennials, exotic trees, or just plain bushes. Their warranty is anywhere from 2wks and up. I just received a Gene Magnolia from my son for Mother's Day and the warranty is 6 months. You can build a garden from the ground up.

Great selection for indoor and outdoor plants! I love the layout of the store and its presentation. The visit was really pleasant!

I'm so upset with these guys I went there and purchased two palm trees worth 1300.00 bucks each and I picked up some fruit trees and they seem kind of expensive but they were fruit trees that had four five different fruits on them they were grafted so I assume they going to pay 110 each for them and they were good deal I asked the guy said can you give me any discount since I just spent in a 3000.00 bucks on various plants.

Yesterday went into Costco garden centre and to my amazement the same type of tree was $45 not $110 pay premium price cuz it's a nursery but 45 to 110 absolutely outrageous there gouging people. The prices seem high for their pots and everything and now I understand I will never shop there again

Triple Tree Nurseryland is one of my favorite nursery to visit. I lived in Burnaby BC and I always enjoy my time during my visit to Triple Tree Staffs are very knowledgeable and willing to help. My experiences during my visit is very good. Lots of variety of different plants from hanging baskets n more. A young man Nick, he is new to the center and willing to help when I approach him a couple times last weekend.

I can see a great team work among employees. A tall senior man, I believe he is the grower in the nursery. I like his professional way when he approaches customers; He is definitely as asset to the center. This is my 3rd years to the center. I just feel that this is a nursery center that we should not miss

Went to Triple Tree yesterday to purchase plants. Having someone come in and reshape and plant our retaining walls. Went in with a list of suggested plants from and gardener. We were helped by a person by the name of Mike. Cannot say how impressed we were. Handed him the list and showed him some pictures of the area. Told him our dislikes and that we wanted perennials with flowers.

He not only advised us, but gathered all the plants that he felt we should need. He explained each one that was suggested and how much was needed and the ease of growth and spread. We appreciate the service and advise that was given and purchased all the plants recommended. With staff like Mike, it's a wonder that everyone keeps coming back!

Why had I never stopped in before yesterday! What a fantastic Nursery Triple Tree is. Right from the start- big parking lot with no semi's taking up customer parking, the lot was clean- walked into the doors and the 1st thing I seen was a huge smile from a store associate. By far the best selection in Hoya's I have seen locally, add how healthy, clean and organized plants and products are. We never made it through the entirety and I can not wait to go back and check out the outdoor selections. An awesome shopping experience for sure :

We finished a large landscaping project this summer that included needing a low maintenance replacement to our over grown and hard to maintain existing trees and plants. We visited Triple Tree and quickly became over whelmed by the diverse selection until we met Mark. Mark is beyond passionate about plants and trees. He is an artist at heart. Armed with pictures of the new hardscaping, he was able to help us formulate a colour palate and then a selection of trees, shrubs and grasses that would match what we wanted to see in our gardens year round.

For two newbie green thumbs, he drew pictures of placement and then went into detail of every plant/tree he suggested. We could not have finished without his help and of course, the selection that Triple Tree provides.
