Critical: Punctuality Never showed up for appointment. Was courteous and professional on the phone so I was hopeful this company would come through and actually show up. As we've had two others blow us off for estimates too. Unfortunately they to, conveniently didn't show up to the scheduled time agreed upon for the estimate.
