Williams Landscaping

Our first year with them has been great. Fairly priced and dependable. We had new sod put down and a few small projects, pleased with all. We tried others and were never really satisfied. Decided to give them a try.

Do not use them! They came a couple times middle of the night (3-4am) to clean snow with loud snow blowers. Shoveled my furnace intake and exhaust close causing it to shut it off and filling my basement with gas and exhaust smell. Almost called the fire department. Can't reach their office at all during business hours. Worst company ever!

Where to begin. We had hired this company once, and they did a decent job cleaning up our yard prior to the fall. We hired them again, and they removed a bunch of items my wife explicitly requested be left in place. We contacted Craig, the owner, multiple times, attempting to resolve the issue, and he constantly dodged our calls. Finally, absolutely fed up with his inability to respond to our concerns, I called and left a message saying we would refuse to pay our invoice because the services were not rendered as discussed.

I continue to get invoices mailed to me, as though nothing happened, with no attempt to communicate with us. I left another message expressing our disappointment, and still no one responded, and the invoices continue. Absolute garbage company, run without any consideration for customer satisfaction. Avoid like the plague.

I really wish I had read some of these reviews before hiring Williams. The person who helped us with scheduling our cleanup and mulching and the workers we met were all very nice. The owner, unfortunately, is not. For such a respectable company in our area, I was surprised by the way Mr. Craig treats his customers. Don't support businesses that undervalue and disrespect their clients.

Poor services, lack of communication and customer service! I would not recommend this company to others. I experienced issues with their fall services and contacted the owner several times to express my concerns. After two months and several unanswered calls, I finally spoke with William. I explained the poor lawn care leaf service I witnessed and we agreed upon a fair cost.

At this point, I was disappointed with their services but confident that moving forward they would improve. Therefore, I contacted the company to request a lawn care service quote for an additional property and received no follow-up phone call or email. After several attempts I spoke with William and was then informed that they were disappointed with the dollar amount we agreed upon due to their poor services.

With that being said, I cancelled my services and will not be using this company again! I do not work with business owners that provide below par services with poor communication.

His disrespectful employees cut trees that caused $2,500 damage to both my Range Rovers. He was cutting and allowing 6 large branches to fall on them from 6-8 feet high and then he would swipe them off the car to the ground destroying both my cars with deep scratches. I confronted the employee when I saw him on 2 of my 13 cameras. He claimed nothing fell so I pointed to the cameras and the coward walked away.

I said is this how you damage property? The lying peasant claimed he knocked on my door to tell me to move the cars, lies, I have him NEVER coming to my front door but he thought since nobody answered the door he never walked up to, that it's ok to destroy expensive cars, so I called the owner who is a bigger scumbag than his employees - not even a fake pretend apology.

After a week of texts ignored, I informed him I will be filing a lawsuit. His only response to me was, "You're a sick man". No, you scumbag, you're a crooked businessman and you disrespected the WRONG wealthy resident! I'm suing you for the sport of it you scumbag!

We have been clients of Williams Landscaping for the last 15 years. After that long of a relatinship, we are tired of being treated like we don't matter. The company came to cut our lawn in October and proceeded to rupture a gas tank from one of their lawn mowers, the fire department was dispatched and cleaned, however a huge swath of our lawn was damaged.

We did not receive a call from the company and in fact the workers left without saying a word. A neighbor smelled the gasoline and called the fire department. We called Williams, we received a text saying that Mr. Williams would come by and replace the damaged lawn, we received no follow up, no apology and lawn was not replaced as promised. We feel that after a 15 year relationship and hundreds of dollars paid, we would deserve better customer service from Williams Landscaping and from Mr. Craig Williams specifically. So we have fired Williams and would caution anyone prior to using their services, we are extremely disappointed and expect more than dead silence.

Williams Landscaping is the worst. The driver/supervisor is abusive, rude, and inconsiderate and tries to intimidate you if you complaint. They constantly blow leaves on other peoples property and our extremely abusive to people in the immediate area. You can't talk to them without them pretending they can't talk English.

I've been using this lawn service for numerous years now. I've been very happy with it. The guys who come out every week are very courteous, they are quick and always do a meticulous job. The best thing is the great price for the service. I just switched last year from True Green for weed control service to William's service and they were much better at getting rid of the Creeping Charlie than true green. True Green just kept coming up with excuses as to why it's so difficult. I recommend William's landscaping to anyone.
