Worth the investment! The arbor management team did a comprehensive review of over 150 trees in our Carpinteria HOA. In the past, the HOA did a light trimming every 1-2 yrs. Our trees were overgrown, some dying out, and others needed improved irrigation. At Shawna's direction, trees were thinned out, trimmed, and removed. The crew was efficient and professional. Big improvement in our landscape aesthetics and overall tree health.

Every week this company comes to blow the debris off the parking lot. The workers directly blow the dust and dirt onto the expensive cars and leave it there. I'm sick and tired of cleaning my car because of these bums can't take a second to leave something how they found it.

We have been cooperating with them for several years already. I like both the pricing and the quality of the work performed. If you are looking for a reliable and proven company, then you are definitely here

I had an issue with the previous company who seemed to waste our money on golf fields maintenance. With Greg and his team our fields are really greener you want to admire them forever!

Awful service, wish our HOA would get rid of this company. Worker assigned to my area is Rude, Lazy and does not want to do anything (does not even blow on the sides of each unit outside, only walks in the middle and blows!) This guy never picks up anything and hasn't even trimmed my bush outside for months! I've tried contacting their boss Freddy (i was told he was their supervisor) freddy@enhancedlandscape.com and guess what - ZERO response, same happened when i tried to call/text him about his not working and rude employees. Can't believe i'm paying for their NON service, yuk!

My business looks more impressive now with all that modern landscape design and equipment. I shouldn't have waited for so long and should have ordered services earlier. In my opinion the staff worked well and also advised me how to save some money in future.

Do better, it's looked awful for months! absolutely nothing has been done, have been struggling getting the hoa to do anything about this

I have not used the services of Enhanced Landscape Management, but am leaving a review because one of their gardeners found and returned my son's cell phone, which he had lost after visiting a friend. I was impressed by the kindness and honesty of the employee who returned it, and the office where my son retrieved his phone was very patient. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity!

They lie about everything they do they blow everything into the street they don't pick up anything they're I'm very lazy people I would never hire this company and by looking at all their reviews apparently they're terrible I don't know how they have any work This is beautiful once again another Monday please gardeners are the best I want them working for me not on your

Do not use. I am in petition with my HOA to have them removed as our landscapers. They cut grass and edge it off of the sidewalks, then blow the remains down the sewer drain. The pay zero attention to areas that need new grass, they pay zero attention to shrubs, etc. They skip scheduled days and leave early on days they are here. Please do not waste your money on this company.

Finally, a landscape company you can trust! Enhanced Landscape was referred to me by our HOA manager due to their sophisticated clientele. Right off the bat, I got a phone call from Jim Darcey, their Business Development Manager. Jim was courteous, fair, and quick to assess my home needs. The level of attention and care he demonstrated is bar none, and I will put any landscape company up against them. It's no wonder why HOAs use them.

This company has failed to provide green lawns. My lawn is a weed farm with dead spots and lack of proper maintenance. Our community has had them for more than a year and it truly a waste of money. It doesn't take much to keep a lawn green as I had a large grass area where I use to live and I kept lush and green. There is no excuse for what this company is not providing for our money. Stay away and get some company who knows what they are doing.

We have been doing business with Enhanced Landscape Management for several years at our commercial building. They do a great job of making our landscaping look terrific. Our account representative, Jeff, is always available if I need to talk about an emergency or plan a project. We have had big projects and little ones. Each time the results are beautiful.

The weekly crew does a thorough job and really cares about every aspect of our grounds. They have helped us save money on irrigation costs by making suggestions when they see something that needs revision.

We received a letter in the mail from the owner saying as of August 1st they will no longer service our property. No explanation was given just their decision to let US go as clients for the last 5 years! We are beyond confused and upset.

Greg Epstein and his Enhanced Landscape Team have been very attentive over the years. Recently, I called regarding some brush clearance and Mr. Epstein and one of his foremen were at our door before I hung up; most recently, I called Greg directly regarding a couple of landscaping items and his team was in my yard just minutes later, as though I were at the top of their "to do" list.

I know they are busy and working under a lot of city, county and state mandated brush clearance restrictions, but they have been extremely effective in getting our jobs done. Additionally, the Enhanced Landscaping Team has been very respectful of our property while they work. Thank you, Greg and your Enhanced Landscaping Crew!

Poor service. very little leadership and oversight. workers don't seem to care about doing a good or thorough job. mow and blow, don't expect anything more. at least nothing of quality anyway.

The worst ever. Don't be fooled Willows HOA this is still Chateau Landscaping. They just sold to Enhanced. What I have happened to me is unreal. I have had them endanger my children, verbally assault me, trespass into my backyard. Not to mention the horrible job they do to maintain. I recently saw two of them being hauled off for being illegal. Why are we paying for this? Worst company and management ever. Watch out for Emiliano. He will put your kids life at risk by throwing 50lb beams over your wall into your backyard.

I've used this company over the past four years and given them thousands of dollars in repeat business--including a big relandscaping project, which I was pleased with. Imagine my surprise when I called to book some work this week to repair sprinklers they've installed and DG they put down, and was told by the office manager that this was too small a job, they no longer do single jobs for under $10,000. I guess customer relationships are not important to them. Moving on.

Greg and his team are exceptional. They do what they say they are going to do, and often times go above and beyond. While they aren't the least expensive company that I've worked with, the adage that "you get what you pay for" certainly is true in my experience. You never have to worry about your property being handled professionally and reliably. I recommend them very highly.

In the process with them, but so far disappointed. It's taken many calls to get our sprinklers fixed and its not done yet. It's been a month. We contracted to have the yard cleared and maintained but once the original clearing day was ended (at 3). The cleaning and clearing stopped. So much remains full of dead leaves and debris and there seems to be no plan to finish or explanation. Original meeting was nice and we felt confident, but now I'm not so sure.

Top notch service is what you get with Enhanced Landscape. We have been working with Greg Epsten at Enhanced Landscape for years. They have always provided wonderful service with great prices. When it comes to quality, you can't go wrong with Enhanced Landscape. Thanks for making our community look so nice!
