Just like the others here. This guy was supposed to start a 5k project for me at my home, no call, no show. I waited nearly 2 hours before I left, late to my first job, now looking as unprofessional as him. Didn't return my messages until later to tell me he went on a vacation instead of starting my job and that he could start tomorrow. Yeah, no you can't, giving the work to someone else.

I was enthusiastic about their lawn service until I got 3 no shows but only one phone call. I realized after the second visit that in spraying Round Up to kill the weeds, they also killed 5 plants and now possibly my lawn as I have not been able to get it green since they left. They did pass me off to a guy who is really nice and shows up.
