Tahoe Landscaping has been in the business of landscape design, construction, and maintenance for over 40 years and has pioneered the industry of landscaping in the Lake Tahoe and Truckee areas. Our knowledge of native plants and low-maintenance design has been refined over decades of working in the High Sierra alpine environment.Eric and his team installed a beautiful landscape plan that solved all the logistical issues our site presented. The entire process from initial meeting, follow-up discussions, bid, timing, implementation, and clean-up was easy, hassle-free, professional, and exceeded expectations.

Design This process can be a lot of fun. We look forward to identifying the needs of a new client and proposing solutions to any challenges that their project may present. Owner, Eric Schaefer, prides himself on spending time with each client in order to gain an understanding of their ideas and preferences.

If you don't want to read the details below, Eric's and his crew were exceptional and we are very happy. We would use them again. Highly recommended. I saw a Tahoe Landscaping Co. truck outside of our neighbors' house. They were having the house remodeled and the landscaping extensively redone and it appeared quite nice. My neighbor was happy with Eric and the crew.
I walked over and introduced myself to Eric: he was responsive, easy to deal with, prompt, professional and did a great job. We had a general sense of desired landscape aesthetic but mostly left it up to Eric who has a great eye. The result is excellent. I did contact two other companies and Eric's plan seem to be more meticulous and tolerant of the Tahoe winter and summer weather. Additionally, everything was done as planned. No excuses. No delays. No nonsense. And he's a fellow ripping skier and surfer. Bonus points! A+
