Saluda Hill Landscaping

This company is the company who did the landscaping when my house was built. Not only is my backyard uneven, there are still heavily weeded areas and trees growing in the back. I contacted them for assistance, and was told they can't help due to only doing commercial property at the time. Don't use this company for residential properties. Use a Veteran owned company instead.

Poor Customer Service, if I could leave no stars I would. This company was used by my builder in my subdivision when I built my home. I called them on 4/26/22 to schedule an appointment because, my sprinkler head is leaking. The lady took my number and informed me that the scheduler will call me to set up an appointment. Well 2 hours later the same woman called me and told that they're not servicing existing customers only new installation or homes within the year warranty.

If I had of known this three years ago I would of never paid to get my sprinkler system through them. I would of went elsewhere. You wouldn't have new customers if it wasn't for existing ones.

Saluda Hill Landscapes installed irrigation and laid sod in my yard after a pool removal. The end result looks great! The team went above and beyond when the job ended up being larger than expected due to the amount of damage to the yard from the pool. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly, responsive, and professional. They were very accommodating of requests and willing to answer questions. The before and after picture shows the results.

I had new construction, Lynnea helped with the design and was great, very responsive. The crew was professional and hardworking. Retaining wall came out great. All of my concerns during the project were heard and addressed where needed. I can't wait for spring to continue adding more plantings, etc. I'm very impressed and they certainly lived up to their reputation and I highly recommend them.

Very glad we chose Saluda Hill Landscapes to build a much-needed retaining wall for our sloping backyard! My wife and I are exceedingly pleased with the results, and working with Kieran, Alex and the team was a pleasure. They're expertise was evident throughout, and their work was top-notch. Saluda Hill is an excellent professional landscape company. Their workers took great pains to pay attention to detail. The Project Manager followed up on several occasions to insure the grass installation was progressing properly. It would be difficult to find a better organization.

Bought a house from Essex Homes now Martin Homes. We bought the house over 4 years ago brand new. We have had the landscaper come out multiple times to repair a poorly installed french drain that they installed. They leave your yard a mess every time they say they will come back to fix yard never do, always excuses why they can not finish the jobs and never come back to complete their work DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My home builder used this company for landscaping and irrigation system installation. Recently, I requested service to have sod install and to check irrigation system for functionality after my yard was damaged by a truck. I was told by a company representative that they were too busy to provide any services because their home builders are keeping them extremely busy.

I'm disappointed that service is not provided after you've purchased your home. My service request had nothing to do with warranty. I simply wanted the contractor that installed irrigation system and lawn to come out for assessment and services that I was going to pay for. Nevertheless, service after the sell doesn't exist unless you have a warranty.

We had an excellent experience working with Saluda Hill Landscapes to create an outdoor living space in our back yard. We first met with Phil Soltes to discuss design ideas, a budget and the elements that were most important to us. Phil provided a creative design that incorporated every feature we wanted to include in the project, and more. The final result was even better than we expected. Saluda Hill's team was outstanding, from start to finish.

After having a bad experience with a different landscape company I was extremely impressed with Saluda Hill. From the first meeting with Lynnea for the estimate to the day the project was finished I had no complaints. Lynnea was always on time and available for any questions. The first day of work the project manager introduced himself and all the workers. The work area was always kept clean. Thanks so much for our beautiful new patio!

Lynnea, Kelvin and their team did a terrific job on landscaping our backyard! From design to planting everything went smoothly. All the plants were in great shape when delivered and the crew did an outstanding job of placing them. The paver walkway looks amazing. Thanks for a terrific job!
