Employees were kind, helpful and knowledgeable upon entry. Our interaction was with a wonderful young man, Sean Holland, Annuals/Prennials Manager. He was outstanding. Super smart and was an active-listener to what my husband and I were needing. Highly recommend.

Hot, hot day in the rock and landscape area outside. I just came for a 2 gallon bucket of rocks. I met Vincent in the area and he was extremely friendly and helpful along with being patient with someone who wanted so little. Great employee! His help was much appreciated.

They have good selection of plants and trees (when available) but prices are higher than competitors. There is a lot of room for improvement in customer service. They took forever to schedule our tree delivery and when they finally were going to deliver them we received a call that they couldn't find all the trees and could not replace them because they were out of stock.

This was my first time doing my annual garden shopping at this Suburban location and I was very impressed! It's the end of the first week of May when many other areas garden stores are out of items and plants and they still had everything I hoped to find in stock. Employees were restocking everything as I walked through the aisles and were able to answer every question they were asked.

They had all the blooming annuals, herbs, the variety of tomatoes I wanted, and large bags of Happy Frog potting soil I needed as well. Checking out was very efficient and there were plenty of friendly cashiers ready to move everyone through as quickly as possible. I will definitely be back to this Suburban location next year!

This place is great! Huge with lots of options. Thank you for carrying Turface! And for your selection of Bonsai! They have about 30 bonsai. They are about 10 or $20 overpriced many of them. But still some great deals!

Disappointing store. Good sustainable cardboard boxes for plants purchased. Poor return policy, 48 hours. Considering higher than average prices, should have more liberal returns to allow for better home gardening. If not in sellable condition, cannot be returned. Tips: allow for buyers to exchange items to help cultivate their gardening interests. Will help reduce need to rely on grocery stores for produce.

Finally got to the third location, and it's just as wonderful as the others. Really busy on a Saturday (obviously with beautiful weather helping), but not overwhelming or crowded feeling. Big and bright, it's got something for everyone! Also so cool there's three locations, so always options to drop by depending on what else your day entails. Oh, and definitely remember the member program, might as well get those perks!

We purchased a spruce tree for our daughter in KC for her new home. The first tree lasted less than one year. Reluctantly Suburban replaced it. The second tree didn't even live three months. I had to call a half dozen times to get the owner to call me back. Apparently he was the only person to handle complaints. All he said was that they only did one tree replacement no matter what the circumstance.

They would not even come look at it! The tree had to be sick to begin with to only last three months. I spoke to three large nurseries in Omaha and all said they would have replaced it! I would definitely choose another nursery

It was absolutely amazing. So many plants, so many varieties of each and every plant! They have garden decorations and bird bath. They even have things that will deter birds, which is great for every gardener. They have garden flags! Each sign in the plant area describes the plant, vegetables, fruits, trees, and flowers. It will give you care directions and height estimates!

The space is large and every part of this store is worth it. I could spend all day there. I found succulents and bought a few. I found plants that help pollinators come toward your garden, like the bee balms. I bought a pretty amazing rose bush. I found and bought so many blueberry bushes. They have hydrangeas that are gorgeous.
