Critical: Professionalism Leave their trucks parked on the side of the road so only one lane can get through. Totally stymied pick up from the local elementary school. Won't answer their phone to respond.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Will not return phone calls. I've left five messages for Tyler in the Delaware office within an eight week timeframe and he will not return my phone calls.

The services in Delaware are okay. at times they are a bit late for things or don't show up.they sometimes chip things with the weedwackers.things that need replaced and cost money.and when snow plowing they tend to leave the snow in the worst spots.they do try their best though!

Critical: Responsiveness Denison didn't respond to my request for a quote via their website, nor after speaking with two people on the phone, nor after emailing and calling multiple times. I don't know how they stay in business.

Critical: Quality DRIVER ALMOST KNOCKED ME OFF THE ROAD ON THE HIGHWAY. DO not book this company ever! I wish he would've hit me the whole company would've been SUED!

I called Denison first in 2012 to help build an oasis of blooming flowers around the pool for my mother who was confined to her home suffering terminal cancer. They took my vision and made my mom a flowering paradise she visited everyday happily until she passed. Every year since I call on Denison to do the yard clean up and plant annuals where needed and do my pots.

I have the prettiest front and backyard. I now too love to come outside and enjoy what others call a resort. They planned the flowering in a way that once something blooms and dies a new flowering plant is blooming. It is always beautiful. I have so many butterflies around my back yard that I know are my mother revisiting her flowers to this day. I so appreciate their love and attention they have give to me over the last 9 years.

Every year Denison comes out refresh my yard to such beauty. I took a recent pic of the current flowering. Thank you Denison for all the smiles you have given our family every year.

Denison service my subdivision, Middletown woods in Waldorf. The crew members that serviced us last week were horrible. They DID NOT CUT OR EDGE THE SUBDIVISION. One member walked around on his cell phone while the other two sat around and talked. I guess they didn't want to work because it was Friday. As a result our subdivision looks horrible. Nothing is manicured.

This is the worst this subdivision has looked since we have had service with Denison. What is going on. Please hire people who actually like their work. I will bring this subject up in the next HOA meeting. These guys did absolutely nothing. I am sure they will still get paid. They sprayed something on the edge of everyone's front and it turned our grass light green.

Every yard is the same it looks horrible. The rose bushes are dead or dying. I hope you lose your contract with us. If this continues you will receive many more complaints. I noticed that your crew only took care of the very front entrance of the subdivision. Horrible Horrible Work. The homeowners pay a nice penny to have Denison manicure the community areas. This service is unbelievable.

Critical: Responsiveness I couldn't understand why there were so many low reviews, now I do. Good luck reaching anyone or ever hearing back. Never heard of a company that doesn't return correspondence to a customer looking to give them money. But to each their own I guess.

Not many words are needed when you see these pictures. The fertilizer broadcast spreader locked up and this is how they left our yard. Stay away from this company. Kevin was terrible to deal with and he did not supervise the crew at all

Critical: Professionalism Almost died on 210! Going thru the intersection a Denison hauling truck cut in front of me from the turning left lane. If I didn't mash my brakes he would of surely hit me! I really should've have followed him and cussed him out. Took a picture of his tag. Who ever that is needs to be fired! Called before five but no answer.

Responsive, great attention to detail, and with the way they installed it I think my patio will now outlive the house.

Terrible company, don't care about the neighborhood or the work they do, they block the streets and even an ambulance. The work is terrible, the staff is horrible, I would never contract them. Purchased an irrigation system for a small area of my front lawn for over $3000.00 last spring. Installed and set up with no instruction to my husband and I. Anyway, come fall, we turned off all water as usual. Tried to put the system back on mid-May but it would not come on. Finally called Denison to report the issue as well as a crack in the pipe.

I was told I should have had the system "winterized." Who knew? - I was not even left with an instruction manual. I was told it should have been commercially drained. Isn't this important enough that we should have been informed? I was told that I would get a call back once who was "responsible" was decided. Haven't heard back yet. Update: After a few missed calls, Deedee called back and told me that they would come out and repair the system.

They were as good as their word - fully repaired the system and had it inspected at no cost to us. They later sent Felipe out to turn the system on and then spent a substantial amount of time patiently walking us through the operation of the system, including times of winterizing etc. At the end of it all, we experienced really good customer recovery and a negative, frustrating (hence 1 star deduction) experience became quite positive. Kudos to Denison.

I contacted Denison to work on the my front lawn area. I wanted to completely change the look of the front of my house and beautify it a bit. I worked specifically with Andrea Johnson and she was awesome! I told her what I wanted and she drew up a sketch. Her sketch was near perfect, all we had to do was swap out some of the plants to match my taste.

She was honest about the timing in which they would be able to do the work. She was able to get her crew to my yard in two weeks. They did amazing work. They were very timely, precise and dilligent. One of the tree's that I wanted looked a little dead and dry upon arrival and Andrea immediately swapped it out without me having to ask. I will most definitely contact Denison/ Andrea for future projects!
