Creative Outdoors quoted $2,900 to Polymeric sand and apply Techniseal IN Sealer on our long previously pavered driveway. Essentially all the polymeric sand that was applied washed away after the first heavy rain. The sealer they supposedly applied did not repel water. I called in the Registrar of Contractors (ROC Complaint No.: 2016 - 2429 Shaw v.
Creative Outdoors). The pavers were laboratory tested for Techniseal IN sealer and none was found. Contractor issued a full refund to avoid going to court. Contractor I found to be belligerent.

DAVID FROM CREATIVE OUTDOORS WAS THE JOB FOREMAN. HE WAS DILIGENT IN COORDINATING THE VARIOUS CREWS AND WAS PROACTIVE FOR ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS BEAUTIFUL AND MANY OF THE NEIGHBORS HAVE COME BY TO COMPLIMENT US ON THE DRIVEWAY AND WALKWAY. THE PAVERS HAVE ENHANCED THE LOOK OF OUR WHOLE HOUSE. MY HUSBAND AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
