Mr Wizards

I rate it 5 because I haven't had a bad experience there, yet and I have been patronizing Mr. Wizard for many years. Their machine pulled the rear wiper off of my MB suv a few years ago, and they paid for the replacement without any hesitation. I find the business staffed, and the staff is accommodating. I prefer Mr. Wizard to the newer car wash near by the Walmart.

Not that I have any problems with that car wash, it's just a personal preference. A basic wash is a dollar cheaper at Mr. Wizard compared with the Longwood car wash, if I'm not mistaken.

There helpful. and my vehicles always come out clean. also one of my vehicles didn't come out clean enough and they let me put it back through with no problems. then another vehicle of mine was scratched and they checked it out and had it fixed. i will tell you what they have my business im very satisfied.

This place used to be good, but now it needs improvement. The wash didn't have soap, the dryer doesn't do a good job anymore. The attendant was not helpful and because of that I wasn't able to get my receipt. I have not been happy with the services for a while now. It is too bad, because it used to be very good! Not recommend it!

I highly recommend Mr. Wizard! My Car was extremely dirty and now it looks GREAT! GREAT car wash! GREAT price, customer service was AWESOME and so was the WASH! Definitely worth the money! I will be bringing all of my vehicles here to get cleaned. THANKS MR. WIZARD!

Scratches, scratches, scratches! DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to pay $15 for; deep scratches in your paint, gouges in your plastic body work, your mirror almost being ripped off, water spots, and a still dirty car. I have a brand new 2018 car and I check it obsessively for damage every day. I didn't even leave the parking lot. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive towards me.

He dismissed me with out even looking at the car first and told me it was impossible that the car wash could of done that. He said the car wash uses FOAM brushes, and therefor it was impossible. Tell me if that logic is sound, sand and grit can cling to anything including his magical foam brushes which has thousands of holes for sand and grit to imbed.

My car went in, a brand new, scratch free car and came out with thousands of dollars of damage. In the end, I didn't even get a refund for my $15, in stead the manager offered me to go through the car wash again, as if that was going to fix the problem. I kindly said no thanks, I don't want any more damage. In conclusion, please do not go here or any Mr. Wizard locations. Save yourself the pain of having thousands of dollars of damage to your car, and the insult to injury of still having a dirty car.

Would not let us run our vehicle through the car wash because "the steps are too low". We explained we'd run our car through their wash about ten times previously and never been told we couldn't before, and their response was "too bad." Furthermore, we pointed out two other vehicles that just went through the wash with steps the same height as ours, with their response being "but their cars are different". I'll take my $16 elsewhere. Terrible customer service and incredibly disrespectful.

I got a gift certificate for my birthday for the Works car wash and was not happy at all. It left a film on my car and did a very poor job on the back end. I would not go back. I give it 3 stars because the wheels were cleaned well.

I don't know if the pressure of the water is not that strong or what.but I have left several times with spots still on. The place gets stars pretty much for doing a so so job and being convenient. It saves me a lot of time, instead of having to do it by hand at home and my kids get a kick out of going through it!
