Coupled with the necessary watering and mowing, we guarantee results with our lawn program (with 6+ applications). I am so very impressed and happy about the irrigation (sprinkler) system service provided by Ryan. I was experiencing serious leaks after the hard freeze causing obscene water bills. He found them quickly and repaired the damage saving over $100/month in water cost. This week he returned and repaired damage caused by another landscaping service.

This past Friday, Emerald Service Technician Brian Robinson treated our trees and shrubs. Brian is an absolute professional, extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He took the time to not only treat our property, but he patiently answered all of our questions and provided numerous recommendations. Brian has serviced our property a number of times before, and we always are glad to have him here. He is a great ambassador for Emerald. Highly recommended.

Another great experience with Emerald Lawns! I was having some issues with my sprinklers. One call to Emerald and they sent out Jake and Shawn to take a look. They walked me through all the issues they saw. Gave me their recommendations before doing any work. Then completed the repairs and adjustments on the spot. Professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Great guys to work with!

They have taken my lawn from weeds to lush, green grass in just a few visits. When all my neighbors grass was still dormant and sparse our lawn was thriving and greener than I have ever seen it before. My weed problem is going away. Their costumer service is outstanding. Ryan our specialist was courteous and knowledgeable. Making himself available for any questions that may arise.
Our technician is friendly, and listens and addresses any concerns I may have. Frankly, after seeing the review from their competitors in comparison with Emerald Lawns there really was not doubt I had chosen wisely. I highly recommend solely on there professionalism and customer care.

We appreciated and enjoyed working with Alex in setting up our account and answering many questions. He came to our site on two occasions to answer questions and better determine what we needed to do. We talked about Emerald being a Christian organization and this pleased my wife and I greatly. Today, we received our grub and weed treatment by d'Artagnan and Josh. They were both highly professional and courteous. "d'" thanked us for choosing Emerald Lawns and promised to give us outstanding service. It was a very pleasant experience.

I would not recommend Emerald Lawns at all. A service manager came to my home yesterday and told me I need to mow. Nevermind the very healthy and vibrant weeds all throughout my yard that I paid for them to eliminate.nope. I'm told I need to mow my lawn. Unbelievable. I had a billing error (I paid via credit card, they said I didn't) on my very first visit, they left my back gate open after service visits on 2 different occasions, and now when I asked them to return to actually treat the weeds that are taking over my lawn they are seriously telling me to mow the yard. I lost it with that service manager. Unreliable, untrustworthy, unsatisfactory and unbelievable are the only words I can think of to describe their approach to lawn care.

We have been using Emerald lawn for a couple of years now. We've been very satisfied with the service. It's nice to know that someone is helping us keep our lawn looking nice. They call when treatments are needed with no hassle. John D. has been helping us for awhile now. He's friendly and professional. He comes on time ready to get the job done. I thought the weeds were never going to go away but our lawn is looking a lot better partly due to the great work Emerald lawns has done.

I have used Emerald Lawns a few times with good results but this time was different. The top dressing applied was not the usual fine material, but mostly looked like mulch. I tried to work it into the grass but there was so much that was so large left over. I have since watered several times, had a few rains, mowed it 3x with bagger and still hurts your feet to walk on.
I will do it myself next time with the proper material. I was promptly contacted by the company and offered to come look at it and see what they could do to make it right. At this point the work has been done. I give them another star for customer service.

Don't call anyone else but Emerald Lawns. These guys are here when you need them. I get so many compliments on my yard. They do an excellent job and are right there when you need them.
