Looked like an interesting place from the road so I stopped by without any real plans to buy anything. Had a strange experience there. I found something in the shop and discussed it with the sales person, she was trying to steer me away from what I wanted to purchase. I left the item behind while I continued to walk around so I wouldn't have to carry it around (there was only one left but the place was empty).

When I went back to pick up the item, the sales person said she had taken it for a friend of hers. She also took another item for herself that I was purchasing. There were 2 of those though, so I did get that but at a price that the sales person made up $3 more than a similar item. I asked the same person about some plants, she said she didn't know. All in all a very weird experience. I won't be returning.

Really neat nursery with quirky, but very knowledgeable staff. Got several trees here for a garden rebuild. Good rewards program. Very good selection of vegetables, fruit trees and blueberries. Excellent little section of figures and houses to make a fairy village.

Knowledgeable, attentive staff. Thoughtful and varied selection of trees. Good value. They have earned my repeat business. I was recently in the market for a large evergreen tree. I searched the local nurseries as well as regional sources online. Know what I found? Rodgers had the best deals on many species I could find elsewhere, and they were the only ones to carry a specific tree I needed.

No one else dedicated the time to helping me troubleshoot my unique situation - over two visits I probably got at least an hour of face time with helpful representatives. I got a 7' tall Japanese Cedar "Sekkan Sugi" for $100. I had my eye on five shrubs, and without any kind of hardball negotiating, they gave me a discount. It's good business. Further, their selection is great, especially their tree selection.

Though they offer a wide selection of plants, they seem especially dialed in to the Japanese/PNW cottage garden pallet. They offer some mainstays, but go way beyond the cookie-cutter menu you'd find in a Home Depot/Lowe's garden department. This is heaven for any gardener.

First time there. Great selection on fruit trees even this late in season. Didn't have enough time to browse around. But will definitely return soon for a longer visit. I did make a Bartlett pear tree purchase

My favorite go to gardening store! The selection of plants and trees is amazing. They also have a huge selection of yard art and a gift store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Cant wait to go back for another plant haul!

Went to find some plants for my raised beds, got em. The employees where very knowledgeable. Husband spent so long starting at the tree options, they had to tell us it was closing time. Will be going back! :

This is a wonderful nursery! Their plants are all reasonably priced and very healthy, and they have plenty in stock. I really enjoyed all the little fairy garden decor, and the pond/water feature out front!

Decent place. It's very convenient for me, which is it's best attribute. Prices are average. The employees are generally friendly, but sometimes their knowledge is lacking. And some of them (the gal I was working with today) really don't listen. She spent five minutes showing me different bushes and when I clarified that they would all grow in the space I'd described to her.

Apparently not. Lots of bushes and trees, but their selection of grasses and vegetable seeds are extremely minimal. I saw a lot of flowers, tho I want looking for them so I can't give any details.

I am building a garden railroad at my house. I have the railroad part down but knew nothing about gardening. The employees at Rodgers Nursery had never helped with something like this previously but they figured out what I needed and were able to guide me towards what plants would work as well as how to plant and care for them. I will definitely be returning as my project expands.

Also one thing that impressed me is that when the didn't have a product I needed, instead of trying to sell me something they had in stock they directed me to a business that had exactly what I needed.
