Bought their Rubber mulch, lasted less time that my traditional mulch- Lowes employee warned me and said to stick with traditional mulch- I should have listened to them! IMC would NOT refund my money even though they had a guarantee - STAY AWAY!

The customer service, thru Messenger, was immediate and very polite. They rectified my situation within 5 minutes of contacting them. I would give IMC Outdoor Living ten stars if possible and will recommend them to friends and family on Facebook.
