I ordered retaining wall block from them and their delivery driver showed up early and called me to refuse delivery and said he was leaving before i could say anything. The driver was very rude and would not let me give an alternative spot to put the block. The alternative spot was at the bottom of the driveway or on the road where he could have easily unloaded.
After the driver gave me a headache, the receptionist at park west was no help because they can not contact the delivery driver or anyone at the store that knows whats going on. They also told me that i would have to pay for the delivery that he refused to do or discuss an alternative. Order from someone else!

I receive great customer service every time I visit Park West Supply. Went in this morning to have some mulch delivered today.if possible. The woman who took my order ended up delivering the mulch about 1 1/2 hours later. She pulled in my driveway and said everyone was busy, so I am delivering it myself! I highly recommend using Park West Supply.

My husband stopped in there this morning.and called me right after he left. He was so impressed with the help he received there. He said the place is amazing and the lady that worked there today spent so much time showing him what he needed and explaining everything to him.and was so incredibly kind and patient.
