These guys do a lot of work around kingwood. And for multiple communities and trails. The one issue is they are very disruptive to traffic and don't seem to plan accordingly. For example blocking a major roadway at 7:30 to during rush hour to do roadside bark mulch creates a 2 mile traffic backup that you cannot move an emergency vehicle. Shawn's a great guy but this type situation can cause a loss of life and has to be bettere planned

Critical: Professionalism, Quality The owner Shawn Smith doesn't care about his company, he fired all the actual people who cared about the company and did quality work and respected the HOA people. He only hires people now who don't care about the quality of work and who don't care about people or customer service. I wouldn't hire this company to even cut my yard.

Unfortunately this place is just a first step for people getting out of jail with not much work history. The quality of work should be top notch because it's mostly city accounts, but there is absolutely zero care for the work being done. Hopefully the city makes some changes soon if they want to enjoy clean beautiful roadways, sidewalks boluvards and esplanades! If you treat your employees right you may get a higher quality of work!

I was entering 99 this am when a LHLC truck decided he did not want to wait for myself and 2 cars in front of me so he decided to take the turn screeching his tires and proceed to drive in the breakdown lane passing all 3 cars to enter 99. Why he would put us all in danger by doing this is beyond me but if if this is how he drives I can't imagine how he manages his business. I did take a picture of this vehicle driving recklessly so tough for them to deny. Try to drive safer!
