Pondmagic Water Gardens

Hubert and his team did an amazing job transforming our yard into a beautiful oasis. We had a vision of having a waterfall with a long stream and Hubert brought it to life. He is extremely artistic and did all of the work with his team. He was at the project every day and worked with us to adjust things to be exactly as we wanted. Often projects don't come out like you envisioned but our waterfall/stream is exactly what we dreamed of. If you are looking for an expert on creating water features definitely go with Pond Magic.

Hubert from Pond Magic did exactly what we wanted with our koi pond upgrade. He listened to our problems, made some suggestions, and then completed the job in the time he had estimated. Our new pond/waterfall feature is efficient, easy to maintain, and it all was done at a fair price. We are completely satisfied with the work and give Pond Magic a very positive recommendation.

The photo shows the pond right after completion. A bit "raw" now, but it will look great after we add some floating pond plants, bog plants along the submerged side step, and surrounding landscaping.

First thing I see in the morning last I see at night. We've had this pond since we installed it 2003. It's been both amazing and devastating. Fir the last two years we've been with Pond Magic. Jakob and Hubert have made it just AMAZING everyday. Once a month service reliable and reasonable. They've made reasonable suggestions that have surpassed expectations and we couldn't be happier. Clear clean always passing my Koi Veterinarians water tests with ease.

Brothers Jakub and Hubert did an outstanding job installing our new pond which replaced an existing one. They arrived when they said they would and both worked very hard during the four days it took to install. Communication with Jacob was great and he got in touch with me when he said he would. Poor communication and follow-through with these contractors. I was clear from the beginning that raccoons were an issue in my backyard, and after the raccoons had a field day with the fountain Pond Magic constructed, subsequent visits to my house by the contractors (that took weeks to schedule) failed to solve the problem. Now I am left with an eyesore collecting mosquito larvae, am out $1000, and will have to start all over with a different company.

I called and talked to Jacob and we made a time for him to come out and give an estimate for our potential pond and he never showed up! I called and left a message asking him to reschedule as something obviously came up. He never called me back. Pretty unprofessional.

Jakub and company have done a terrific job to reinstall our pond and repair our deck. Our pond has been quite a mess when the project started with lots of debris accumulated over the years. It was amazing to us that the team was able to finish everything (including cleaning up the debris, installing a new pump and filter and rearrange all the water lilies, etc. ) in one very productive day. Moreover, they were able to help us adjust the waterfall routing over the rocks to save water without additional charge after 2 months!

The deck project was also smooth and pleasant. Jakub and team were very organized and they planned everything ahead of time. They also communicate very well. The broken wood were replaced, the surface was power washed and painted with the color of our choice, and we paid they after everything is finished, adjusted and inspected by us. Both of my husband and myself were very impressed by Pond Magic's superior technical skills, good communication, and dedication and professionalism.

We would highly recommend them to customers looking for high quality landscaping / pond services, and will certainly work with them again when opportunities present themselves again down the road.

We called Jakub at Pond Magic to redesign a pond and waterfall that had been a constant headache for years-never worked well, always clogged, etc. Jakub came out right away and knew exactly what was wrong. He ordered the correct pump, skimmer and filter and reworked it in one day and it is perfect! I can't say enough about how nice, courteous, prompt and professional Jakub is and what a pleasure it is to work with his company. We are beyond thrilled with the result!

This review is not based on their work. It is because they came out to my house for an estimate after I emailed the address on their website. We went over all the details of the pond that I wanted them to construct, from exact measurements to rock size to placement of the different components, etc. We also talked about when they would be able to do the work.

They were going to email me an estimate. Never heard back. After a week, I sent a friendly reminder. After two weeks, a phone message, and then finally a text. It was the same text number we had communicated on several times when we were scheduling an estimate. Nothing. It's been over a month now. I can understand if they got too busy or just decided they didn't want my job some reason but at least give me the courtesy of 30 second text to let me know!

Overall, a positive experience and I would recommend them as they did a great job. One star was lost as there were multiple communication issues that led to us initially not getting what we wanted and to some unnecessary hassle with us having to move the small mountain of excavated earth they should have removed. However, they quickly responded to our concerns and came out within a day to fix the issue (some design changes in the water feature) without charge. Workers were all hard working and professional.

We want to thank Tim, Ezzy, and Jose for creating the perfect pond for us! We wanted to create a chemical free self contained ecosystem complete with a self sustainable food chain. With an extensive zoological background it was important for all aspects from crystal clear water and natural algae control to a very diversified group of inhabitants, that everything was perfect.

We now have a thriving and growing pond community. We know we were a challenging project and are very greatful the attention to detail. Ezzy and Jose were efficient, fast, and knew exactly how to create Tim's vision. We were thinking of moving but our beautiful pond is every reason for us to stay.my husband says it's exactly what he envisioned and wanted in a pond; the fish and other inhabitants are happy and healthy in their ecosystem.

My husband had a concept which Tim and crew were able to execute, working closely with him on ideas that came as the pond was in process. We also had them landscape all around the pond garden area as well with the help of Alegre landscapes for the design and it's gorgeous. If you are thinking of putting in a pond call Tim at Pond Magic.we give them a 20 out of 10 rating!

Absolutely outstanding. Top notch quality company! We had them build a six foot waterfall cascading into a series of pools almost four years ago and the results are wonderful. Tim is extremely helpful. He worked closely with me to hear my ideas, support and extend them in some cases and reality check them in others. His crew are professional, efficient and polite. I enjoyed having them at my home and appreciated their company and witnessing the mix of artistry and impressive construction skills. I couldn't be happier.

Tim and his wonderful crew created a beautiful 1600 gallon waterfall and cascading stream in our garden. Tim transformed my crude little sketches into a brilliant oasis that wildly exceeded our expectations! Tim responded quickly whenever there was a question and his workers were hardworking, careful, and neat. We went with Tim for our project after talking to another pond builder who wanted to take down our front yard fence and drive a small Cat into the back yard to do the digging.

By contrast, Tim's workers did all of the work by hand, wheelbarrow, and sometimes incredible ingenuity! The falls and pond are performing beautifully and it has already attracted hummingbirds, dragonflies, and even a big green spotted frog! Tim is the BEST!

Tim and his crew did an amazing job installing a pondless waterfall for our home. The attention to detail, care they took to make sure every aspect of the water feature was to our liking, and the end product was absolutely wonderful! In addition, they did a maintenance on an existing waterfall, to include cleaning, changing out the water filters and reinstlling/rearranging rocks/stone to make it even more appealing. Kudos to Pondmagic! I would highly recommend Tim Gillett and his crew --- they are value driven, deliver on their commitments, provide high quality product and services.
