Having Bemus working in our community shows this company has no sense of pride or workmanship. They are over priced, come in, over promise and under deliver. Since arriving in our neighborhood, our park looks pretty good, despite a few dead areas. From there it goes downhill quickly. sidewalks become inaccessible due to neglect of trimming, which is part of the landscaping contract.
One neighbor had to have his son come over to trim bushes so he could get into his back door! Bemus removes plantings so that they no longer have to trim. Plants are left to die so they can contract to charge to have them removed. Ask for plants to be replaced, after the third request, you get what Bemus wants, not what was in the contract. Always looking for the easy way out. At least we hear they fired the guy caught on camera stealing Christmas decorations last year.

Bemus Landscape staff does a terrible job of maintaining the Aegean Heights property. The staff has been caught discarding their personal trash in the bushes along our property and continues to do so. Have reported the issues many times to both the property management company and Bemus direct. Still waiting on an actual Bemus manager to contact me, so reverting to social media and reviews to get my voice heard.
