Superior Lawn Maintenance

We've had Superior Lawn for almost 9 years and have been very happy with them! Our builder used them.

We have been customers of Superior Lawn Maintenance since 2005. Dusty is wonderful to work with and because of his expertise, experience, and his hard-working crew, my yard transformed from a weed-filled thin lawn, to a beautiful thick green lawn. We have appreciated throughout the years that anytime we had a question, we always received a quick reply. This is a business that operates with integrity and much concern for customer satisfaction. They are the BEST!

This guy in my opinion is a scam artist. Several years ago, I requested an estimate for sprinkler repair. When I pulled up to my house, there was crew of three that was waiting in my yard. I had to unlock my gates and show them what I wanted repaired. It was difficult communicating because none of the crew spoke English, and my Spanish was admittedly poor.

We struggled through using google translate, while I pointed at each of the problem areas. He explained pointing at the paper what the cost was for the repair. I said that was more than I could afford and they left. I was handed a paper with the amount that said estimate. A few months later I get a bill saying I owed them money. I called the company and said "hey I only requested an estimate when I called and no work was performed because it was more than I could afford at the time." They apologized and said it would be taken care of.

No further contact. Flash forward three and a half years. yes you read that right. I get a summons left in my mailbox to go to court for nonpayment. I was being sued for over $1,500 saying they did work on my property. (So not officially served mind you since it was just left in my mailbox). Note, the amount they quoted me for the repair was $410.00. Also, had I missed the court date they would have gotten a default judgement for that full amount.

I show up on the court date with literally more than 80+ other people in the courtroom all dealing with varying degrees of the same thing from this company. One person there I met had a spreadsheet of all the cases this guy was bringing trying to get money from. It was extensive. Some people paid just so they didn't have to deal with it, others brought attorneys to contest and fight it.

The owner and his wife tried to get me to settle, and said no we are going all the way with this. In the end, I ended up only having to pay for court costs, but this experience has left me very cautious with getting estimates from anyone now. This company is not one who you want to do business with. Feel free to look the business up on OSCN. I cannot stress this enough avoid this company like the plague. This is my experience and my opinion.

I have used Superior Lawn for several years at two different homes. I have always been pleased with their service, professionalism and quality of work. You know you have a great lawn service when your neighbors make comments how lush your lawn looks.

I've personally know Dusty, the owner, for over 10 years and have had his company take care of my lawn during this time. His guys out in the field are fast, friendly, hardworking, respectful guys. I've asked specific things that I've wanted done to my lawn, and they did it without question, and again, they were super fast. Dusty has been super helpful with every question that I've ever had. I won't use anyone else here in Tulsa1

Superior Lawn and Landscape has done my yard work for over 20 years. The guys who work for Dusty are super nice. Dusty is so easy to reach. If I need something done differently to my yard, he does it. if I need snow removal, he gets it done. They also maintain my sprinkler system. I can really rely on them to do top quality work. Finally, they know how much my dogs mean to me, and they are so very careful about not opening any gates until my dogs are secured. I plan on using them for the next 20 years!

I have used Superior Lawn for my lawn care needs for several years and have always been pleased with their service. They have always been very professional, done an outstanding job with their services, and competitive with their pricing. They always call the day before to let us know they will be coming out to treat out lawn, which I greatly appreciate. Would highly recommend this company for total lawn care needs!

This has been the worst company to work with. We bought our home at the end of June and needed lawn services, mowing and weed control. They were great to work with in the beginning however the last few weeks have been awful. They did a treatment on our yard and the next day our whole backyard was burnt to a crisp. We tried talking to them about the issue but blamed all of the issues on us and now our lawn is completely dead and they will do nothing to help and we have been waiting for a phone call from the owner but have heard nothing back. Worst customer service.

I am being taken to small claims court three years after using this operation for an outstanding balance of nearly $500. I ordered --and paid--for one treatment only. When I called about this issue, I was told that they don't do "one treatment only" (I was not advised of this by the wife of the owner when I ordered service). The receptionist said that my yard was treated four additional times.

This was news to me. I never wanted--nor authorized--nor signed a contract--for any of these services. I never saw a yard sign and invoice on my door for these services (as most of these companies--ChemLawn, etc) do. My yard show any visible effects of treatment. How do I know that they did any work at all? I would advise viewing the Better Business Bureau complaints about their billing practices. Buyer beware.

Never showed up for bid appointment then charged for work they never did. I have NEVER meet any employee of Superior and they send me crazy invoices. When I confronted them about their fraudulent charges, they immediately reduced their astronomical amount. I rather give all the money to an attorney and defend this then allow this company to profit. I will gladly post all letters I have received from this company to show this companies' horrible and fraudulent practices.

Terrrible terrible terrible! Dont waste your time or money! We have more weeds than grass. When we started having problems with the yard we call. After 3 calls and NO return calls, I started looking for someone else. Then when I contacted then to stop service I also did not get a return call and had to email my request in!
