A+ Skidloader Services is owned by Dave and Mary Pepper of Boone, Iowa. We have several experienced seasonal employees, and our two sons, Tom and Jim, work for us as well. We specialize in light excavation, landscaping and grading. This includes topsoil distribution, landscape tear-outs, building perimeter grading, site clean-up, runoff control, lawn seeding & repair, and light demolition.

I contracted with Dave and his team to fix grading problems and severe erosion along my house built up on a hill, as well as adding new pavers, rock, and laying down new grass seed. Dave was fantastic to work with; he may be the most communicative contractor I've ever hired, and he's concerned about the little details and craftsmanship. Every member of his crew was willing to ask questions and clarifications, and took their time to make things perfect.
Their level of professionalism is rare. All my neighbors comment about how great the front yard looks, which is an awesome feeling. I'm a very happy customer, and I'll certainly be working with Dave and his crew again.
