Prosecutive Properties

If someone is going to work for this company I advise them to be careful and write down the days they work and the hours because the same company steals you if you are not pending. and they are told by a person who was working with them for approximately 1 year and 7 months. lousy company.

Prosecutive was hired by my builder, GCD, to redo my front yard landscape. Owner of the company assured me that he just wanted me and my builder to be happy when they were done. Here are the results of two attempts made by prosecutive with me watering according to their recommendation. At least the second attempt had some green grass I guess. Now I have to fight with my builder to redo it again.

Worked with and for this company. They get the job done no matter what and customers are happy. Great hardworking guys that take pride in their work.

Eric is a great always taking care of his staff workers are always respectful always working hard company recommend to anybody who has big properties they're always on time with getting work done.

I am only giving this horrible company a one star rating because I cannot give them a zero star ranking. This is the absolute worst company to work with. I live in a condominium complex for which Prosecutive does the landscaping and maintenance. I have reported several issues to them regarding damaged watering systems that have created a "swampland" in my yard.

Their responsiveness has been horrible (i.e. nonexistent) and the issues have still not been resolved, every time I have tried to get the issue fixed they inform me that it has been dealt with and the very next day I can still see the same issues and absolutely nothing has changed. This company is a joke and if you are considering using them I suggest you do some research and find a better landscaping company, one which listens to their customers and actually addresses serious issues.

I've never done business with this company, but if their landscaping is anything like their driving look out. Perhaps you shouldn't be cutting people off at 80 miles an hour in rush hour traffic in your huge billboard truck. Dangerous and unsafe!

Worst company to work for treats Hispanic employees better than anyone else it's a joke of a company Troy don't know what he's doing they never have the right tools to use on jobs leaving Their Employees to figure out how to do the job with out the right tools and equipment very disappointed.

I am Contracts Administrator for a Property Management company and we have been contracted with Prosecutive Landscaping for ongoing landscaping maintenance and snow removal for years. They have always been very responsive to us when it comes to quotes and repairs and our properties are very well maintained.

Tried to use these folks again and just couldn't get them to show up or return a phone call. Had to use someone else.

I called Prosecutive for a quote on a backyard project. The person on the phone was pleasant and helpful. She arranged for someone to come out the next day for the quote. Darren came to my house the next day and was prompt, kind, and seemingly good to work with. He gave me his card and said he would email me a quote. I sent him an email thanking him for his time right after he left.

I never heard from him again. I sent a few more emails, but ne never responded. I was very disappointed to be dismissed and completely ignored. Thankfully there are other companies out there that want my business.
