Water is one of the most precious commodity's we have. Water is life, how you deliver the water becomes the science. At Summerhays Landscaping we are passionate about making sure we don't waste water. Unfortunately, there are very big differences in efficiencies between a good design and a poorly designed sprinkler system.
The back grass being shaded and very sparse was not going to work. We decided to use artificial turf in the back yard as a solution for the poor performing turf. They wanted to transform there unlevelled yard to something more usable, while creating places to chill and feel the sun. This was a full yard remodel, the customer had a previous plan done by another firm and after the estimates came back from the other contractor they contacted us for second opinion.This is the ultimate Herriman bench property.

We finally found our permanent landscaper! Ryan and his crew are extremely easy to schedule and work with, and they seriously want the customer to be happy. At times we felt that perhaps we were a little bit 'high maintenance, ' but Ryan was always pleasant and responsive to ensure we were more than satisfied. His prices are extremely reasonable and we could not be happier with the quality. Highly recommend!

I have 2 large communities maintained by Summerhays. There isn't a better Landscaper, or a more trustworthy landscaper. Their prices are fair and I never have to babysit them. I have worked with 30-40 different landscapers and Summerhays is at the top of the list! Its a relief that I don't have to change landscapers on an annual basis!
