I cannot say thank you enough time for the flowers I received yesterday. And it was an order that was passed on to them from Nanz & Kraftz, I am 78 and have never received such a perfect arrangement. I will continue to sing their praises and recommend them to all we know to order from them directly. Thank you for adding so much joy to my mothers day as my sons are all out of town. I did take the time to call them and let them know as soon as I received them. Beautiful.

I have a standing tradition with my daughters of sending them a birthday bouquet from wherever we are on this planet. My youngest moved to Crestwood this year, and I gave Minish & Potts license to be creative, and we were not disappointed.

Couldn't be more happy with this place. the lady on the phone was so helpful I had no clue what I wanted and she said she would take care of it. The flowers were great.

Ordered an autumn arrangement for a friend's birthday. I'm out of state so I went by the picture. She got exactly what was in the picture and the flowers stayed fresh for so long!

Beautiful flower arrangement delivery for my mum's birthday. She was elated. Delivered in a timely fashion. It is tricky finding a company that always have the flowers you want, but they had them. Thank you!

I live out of town and called to order flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday. The bouquet ordered was received timely and my mother-in-law said it was absolutely beautiful and she couldn't have been more pleased with the flowers and chocolate. The staff I worked with was very nice and courteous and I will order from them again.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Minish and Potts in Crestwood. Everything is so fresh and beautiful, and the service is wonderful. A family member from out of town recently sent me the Christmas Magic bouquet, and it looks like a $75.00 or more arrangement and was only about half that price. Its one of the prettiest and most creative arrangements I have ever seen!

My wonderful and loving husband sent roses to me on Valentines day to my place of employment. I was so happy to get them but when I opened them up, the fowers were already starting to wilt and turn brownish on the edges. I called the store and let them know and the manager said she would replace them. I offered to send her pictures so as soon as I got off the phone with her, I emailed them to her.

Then NOTHING. I never received the replacement flowers, nor did she even reply to my emails. Worse thing is is that I don't want to tell my husband and risk hurting his feelings, but I don't want him to use them again.

We ordered an arrangement for one of our service provider recently experiencing a loss and we felt as though we had gotten robbed. Don't get me wrong, the arrangement was nice BUT, not worth half of what we paid for it. Everyone here at the office complained including myself. That's not me. I'm more reserved vocally. I did call to complain and the lady who answered was nice and all, but completely ignored the complaint and tried to paint the picture as a good experience.

The guarantee expressed online says that if you are satisfied with your order that they would replace or refund it. We wouldn't want a replacement or a full refund. Just a partial refund would be suffice. Since we are a good distance away, we feel that they took advantage of that and charged pretty much what they wanted for them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you just have more money to spend than you have common sense. I have used florists many times before and am not at all satisfied with this entire experience.

I have used this florist several times and each time am astounded by how creative and beautiful their work is. I just ask them to use what looks best - avoid roses ( I don't care for them) and they come up with dreamy creations of fresh flowers and greenery that I invariably get numerous complements on.

This florist is pathetic. They thwarted my attempt to send my girl friend surprise flowers by CALLING HER and asked when a good time to deliver would be. I specifically put my phone number on the order for this reason. I still have no idea how they got her number or decided it was a reasonable idea to call the recipient and ask when she would like her gift to be delivered. I will never use this florist again and I would encourage anyone looking to move on to the next one. Horrible business practice and pathetic customer service.
