I'm very disappointed in this company. I initially reached out to Jim Kearney, the owner, in July. He came out to my home about 3 weeks and 2 calls/texts (from me) later. He promised to come out a few days after our initial meeting to start our rather large residential project, and then just never showed up. I texted and called him several times to see what was going on and heard nothing from him.
I FINALLY heard from him today (mid-September) and he very kindly apologized for completely blowing me off blaming it on personal issues. However, he then stated he didn't have enough staff to take on new clients. I only wish he would've told me that two months ago, instead of being so inconsiderate and wasting my precious time.
