LAN-DE-CON designed and built a fountain for me at the cost of about $3000.00. It worked for a week then failed. LAN-DE CON refused to stand by there poor design and workmanship. Stay away from this contractor. UPDATE, The Owner is the issue. UPDATE, I spoke to a friend last night and they had a similar experience as I did. LAN-DE-CON refused to return communication as soon as there was an issue with the quality of the job they completed at her property.
It is sad to see a business like LAN-DE-CON survive when there are companies that actually provide customer service that should be doing the work instead. Beware of this contractor.

The final product was acceptable, but the process to get there was extremely frustrating. Very poor communication and transparency through the process. We were promised things multiple times that didn't get done on time with no follow-up explanations. We had to stay on top of them daily in order to get anything done. If you have options, I would go with someone else.

Horrible communication from the top down. No one answers the phone ever, no call backs, no emails back, nothing! You're not the only landscaping company out there! Really too bad that a company nowadays doesn't understand the power of customer service. All I was trying to do was give you my money, oh well.see ya!

Here goes my very first negative review that I have EVER written. That is how frustrated I am with this company. If you want to work with these guys. Do not plan on a call back from them. After 12 weeks, I am just now giving up on trying to have a job done at my home by them. I tried working with TWO different individuals and neither will respond to my phone calls or email me the estimate they continuously promise.
If you don't have time or you don't want my business, simply say so. We are talking basic business 101. I am so frustrated and disappointed that my time has been wasted.
