This is a long post but here's the bottom line. This company's customer service is very difficult to get through to and when you do the results a very poor. They are completely non-responsive in dealing with complaints which are a direct result of their very poor service. Now the facts below. I have been with this company for 3 months and have never had a single appointment met without calling in repeatedly to get status.
Most recently they were to arrive June 6 to core aerate my lawn. Two men showed up stayed in front for a couple of minutes walked down one side of house and left with no work being done. They made no effort knocking on the door to explain the situation. i know this since I have several security cams around the property which recorded what I claim here. Spent 40 minutes on phone with customer svc and they said they would return and do the work.
Nothing was done. The next day June 7, 2022, I got a charge to my credit card for $60 claiming the work had been done when it had not been done. Again I called Customer Svc and requested all future services be cancelled and don't come back to do the aeration. I requested a refund for the bogus $60 charge - we'll see how that goes. MY SUGGESTION - AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are much better options out there.

I enlisted this provider to treat my and didn't pay attention to reviews. They treated my yard once. Then sent me an email two later saying they treated my yard again. I have cameras surrounding my property. Nobody serviced my property but I received a bill. I called in and I never got anyone on the phone. I've been calling different numbers for 2 weeks and nothing.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness We've had the same experience as most others. We started using them in 2018 and this last year the service and quality has gone from bad to horribly bad. They don't keep appointments, don't communicate or return emails; and our yard now looks terrible. The weeds are horrible. We fired them and chose another company. Service: Weed control

I have used Unlimited in the past and had great service. Currently I am not getting the same service, actually it is pretty terrible. First treatment they skipped the granular fertilizer. Second treatment they show up 9-10 weeks out and no granular fertilizer again. They left and came back a few days later with granular fertilizer only. They skipped the liquid treatment with pre emergent and came back a week later to put that out. Now my yard looks like a zebra from the uneven fertilization.

I pay a monthly fee and learned, it is up to me to supervise and ensure the contracted work is completed properly. Some of the technicians have figured out a way to treat both my front and back yard while evading cameras, but Unlimited maintains the work was performed. I've requested that technicians knock or ring the doorbell so I know they are here (I work from home).
I was told they could not fulfill that request. It seems there's no way to guarantee their work other than, "Just trust us! We did it!".The work is so inconsistent, I'm not even positive of what I'm paying for. Every once in a while, they send a tech with integrity. Results? Maybe too soon to tell. I started with their services around September. between then and now, at no point has my yard/shrubs/trees looked any different than neighbors whose yards are not being treated.
I will wait the until the contracts' end to update on the results after a year. Overall though, I'd probably recommend you go with another company. There's definitely a reason they aren't highly rated.

I do not recommend this company. I was using this company for weed control and lawn maintenance for about 2 years. When they started doing the services at my house's yard the grass was beautiful. But at some point the grass started declining and declining and I called a couple of times also send some messages to customer service but continued with the same problem. Technicians always rush in services probably to go to another address and do the same.

Unlimited applied our 1st Weed Control treatment 3-hrs before we had 2 days of steady hard rain. A few days later I noticed that none of the weeds were showing signs of dying - not turning yellow or brown or wilting in fact I've had to pullup the tall weeds, I called Cust. Service(CS) to request a re-treatment. 7 Calls later I still had not received a commitment to re-treat.
On my 8th call a sales person acknowledged that most of thier treament likely washed away, but he would not terminate our service as I requested. On my 9th called I explained to CS why we wanted to terminated service, she hung up on me - Now Unlimited is not answering calls from my ph #.

While sitting on my deck, I observed their truck enter our subdivision and make a u-turn and left. I then received a notification for billing. Tried contacting rep, who sold the service, but repeatedly got their voicemail. Several calls later, with still no response to voicemail, (rep blocked me), customer service called saying "we are unable to draft your account".
I told customer service that their service was no longer needed, this was November, and explained what I observed. O and they supposedly "serviced" my lawn in December per customer service. No camera triggered identifying someone was on my property. Customer service proceeded to tell me "I'll have someone call you back to address this issue". Needless to say, each time someone called all they said was the same thing, someone will get back to you but you have an outstanding bill you need to take care of.
I blocked them from drafting and now they want to send me to collections for November, December, January and February! Really! They provided no service! 4 of My neighbors are going through the exact same thing!

Deceptive business practices, run use another company. We signed up with this company in Feb/March of 2021 on a month to month basis. I authorized my Capital One card to be run each month. I learned in June of 2021 it was cheaper to be prepaid, so I called.spoke with a sweet representative who explained she was cancelling the month to month and gave me the breakdown of the prepaid.
I agree and gave her another card to use for the prepaid services, the prepaid services was paid till the end of 2021. Due to the actual sprayers not doing the full yard and spraying everything else besides the grass like the wood fence we decided to go with another company in 2022. I then get a charge for the recurring service amount in January of 2022 which was charged to the same Capital one card that was cancelled prior to paying for the prepaid.
I called and spoke with a customer service representative who stated she was sending to her manager, never got a call back. I called and got Sonya (manager) who stated I was suppose to call and cancel services, advised her that was done with the prepaid representative in June of 2022. She stated that is not how it works, advised her that was what I was told.
I advised her I never authorized them to run that card a whole year later. Her attitude was oh well we did, I asked her about the service man not spraying the backyard since the fence was locked and that was "you should have called". Well you should have called before running my card a year later, very unprofessional. I should have read the reviews.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will illegally start ACH from your bank account without any approval. They company does sloppy work. The aeration service they provided KILLED my lawn and caused severe damage. They did not use the proper tools due to gas shortage. Instead the technicians used large wooden poles to polk large holes into my yard without care.
My grass was severely damaged. I sent the company pictures and was offered refund or for them to come out and do a second aeration service. I told them I was not interested in second aeration service based on shotty job. Fast forward now that I've cancelled my service they are seeking to take me collections for botched aeration service. I will be following up with appropriate state of Georgia board of this company's shady business practices and for them to explain why they illegally withdrew automatic ACH payments which I explicitly did not authorized when I signed up for service.

I'm a new customer of the company currently awaiting my first lawn treatment. I am trying this company out due to poor experiences with another company and not getting the service that was promised. I explained this to my account rep and unlimited lawn Care, his name is Colin and he not only understood but assured me but that would not be a problem with this company. The pricing is very competitive and I look forward to seeing what they're able to do for my lawn.

This has to be the most unprofessional company that I've ever dealt with. They started treating my lawn in the fall and would come every month when there was only supposed to be eight treatments. Sometimes they would call after three weeks and say the tech would be out the next day and I would have to remind them that it is not time. After all of those treatments in the spring the weeds were still just as bad.
To make things worse, they sent an untrained tech to do my last treatment and he completely burned up my lawn. I talked to the service manager and he assured me that he would be out by 5pm that day to assess the damages. Of course I never heard back from them. Use at your own risk.

Stay away! Do not use this company for your lawn care! I had 3 months of service and my yard is worse than ever. I even reached out to the yard tech with my dissatisfaction. He implied that my grass would be much better. As seen in the pics, I have multiple dead spots and purple grass. Waste of money. People are nice, but the product sucks. #goingbacktotrugreen

Tech used my water and left this mess on my property. I watered my organic vegetables without knowing that he evidently used my hose too. And no. It's not coming out with rinsing with water! To make matters worse, he burned and ruined my lawn front and back! I have tried to contact them and have not received a reply. I will be contacting the BBB. They have also been sued for

Just called to cancel Unlimited Lawn Care. After having them for a year and a half (confirmed by Kelly Roberts) When the sales rep came to my home to offer me ULC it sounded great. Was promised that my weeds would be gone and grass would be green in a years time. I thought it was a good deal but boy was i wrong. I was contacted by Kelly initially because i had not sent my last payment into them on time.
I informed her that i did not think it was fair that i was being charged for a service that was not completed. I informed her that the weeds were still growing nice and healthy. Kelly requested pictures of my yard to see what the weeds looked like. A couple of days later i was contacted by a guy (I am assuming it was a tech) and he proceeded to argue with me saying that the reason that my weeds looked like that is because the treatments will not work on weeds or grass that high.
I let the weeds and grass grow so that i could send these pictures in to show them just how healthy these weeds have been after a year and a half of "treatment". The guy informed me that they have doing their part by treating the lawn. But wait, if you just said the treatment will not work with a yard like that. why are you guys still "treating" my yard knowing that it will not work?
Why did no one call me and tell me that it wasn't going to work instead of having me waste money on something that wouldn't work? Do not waste your money with this company. Pay the extra 10-15 bucks for someone that will get the job done correctly. Attached are pictures of the weeds that have been "treated" for a year and a half.

3months after my original post (downgrading from 3 to 1 star), I am STILL dealing with your billing and sales offices for a $42 invoice. Here's why I cancelled my service (documented), one of your managers offered to come out and treat the yard again at no charge to make up for the poor quality service (which we accepted), he took this to mean we weren't cancelling the service and sent someone out the next month.
I told the service man we had cancelled and we were invoiced. Now, I've explained this at least 4 times to customer service and sales manager but still keep getting notices of my unpaid invoice. I also sent pictures of my yard showing the amount of weeds we were still dealing with and the original reason we cancelled our service AFTER 1 Year of treatments. Note: I called and complained about half way through and that time I stayed because the sales manager assured me they would take better care to treat the lawn.
