Returned to my home to find the lawn being mowed with string trimmers. Large circles of scalped lawn. I notified Julie's. Never got a response or apology. This happened repeatedly. My lawn never looked worse. I contracted for lawn maintenance. I saw fertilizer applied once. only after I complained. I went to get irrigation system started this spring. Parts were removed and taken by Julie's during winterization process. Service quality is not in line with the high price of Julie's. Look elsewhere.

I have worked with Julie's team for over two years and have have only great things to say. From helping me see my vision with a new home and very large overgrown property to keeping it all looking beautiful year after year. Terrible customer service. Parents had them do some landscaping around perimeter of their property. Didn't kill the grass before covering with mulch so surprise, surprise the grass came up all the way through the entire landscaping. I'm not talking a year after I'm talking a month after. Wouldn't stand by the product. Beware of this business owner.
