Southern Scapes brought our back yard back to life! They removed the older pool, brought in more earth to elevate the new pool and entire back yard including a new volleyball court and concrete slab for a shuffleboard court. They were very professional and did a great job.we have gotten some great feedback from our renters this summer on how they love the new pool and back yard!

So many places to start, these people do not even deserve one star. It seems all reviews were left about 11 months ago, can only assume by friends. Started three weeks late, weather somewhere was causing the delay. But they won't call and tell you that, you have to keep calling them to find out if they are showing up. Finally start working and nothing but excuses right off the back.

We are running behind, its weather, it's coronavirus, it is to nice to be working? We are going to some work take a week off, need to wait for something else. All again up to you to keep the communication going. Not all was bad communication, they did email us letting us know that the electrician would not be here because he was sick, we may have noticed that he was not feeling well the day prior.

Well no, I did not notice he was sick, but thanks for that work ethic during coronavirus. Begining of week six, not including the three weeks of waiting for them to start they are done to their satisfaction, not yours. Oh wait my wife says they will be back later to collect the rest of their stuff. Don't bother sharing with them what you are planning on doing because they will not listen.

Right here is a map of where I am putting fence with measurements, so let's just put the electrical line right in way. Hey I would like the pipes to come right up next the concrete without having it overlap by two and half feet with a bunch of 90 degree elbows, no problem, we just do what we want. Back to lack of communication, your concrete guys seem to not be making squarish pad going from 17 feet at one end to 19 feet at the other with a pad that was supposed to be twenty feet wide.

No response. Then to top it off they also tried to over charge us for concret by over 800 dollars. But don't worry they will be sure to remind you of the contract and your duties with work that you'll be doing even before they are done. Almost forgot, thank you for not so clean pool at the end of project. I guess your worker thought the same thing as he used it to clean his muddy hands with. So in conclusion just like everyother contractor I have had the pleasure of dealing with, worthless. I could keep going but if you have not gotten the point yet, why bother.

After speaking with many pool companies it was apparent that Southern Scapes Pool and Landscaping was the best decision for our pool project. From the beginning Tom was not only very informative about location, size and the equipment recommendations but always available when I needed to get direction on other questions I had. Tom and his staff under promised and over delivered on everything they did.

Little extras were done without charge. I highly recommend Southern Scapes Pool and Landscaping for your next pool project. We have had our pool for over 10 years now. This company has been outstanding in every aspect of the build, the maintenance help, and any random questions or concerns about operating a pool. From the start, til this day Souther Scapes and their team of proffessional staff have helped us beyond what we could expect from a company these days. We had excellent service from Tommy from the beginning, when we first inquired about pools, his company was the first one to reach out to us. Tommy and his crew were beyond amazing. We meet with him in late spring, he was extremely patient as we changed our minds about the pool lay out, where in the yard to put it and so fourth. After several meeting with Tommy, and 5 quotes later( thankful that he was so patient) he gave us a start date.

They actually started the pool a week earlier than what he originally told. Within a week we were able to use the pool. Tommy always kept me abreast of what to expect. I have a beautiful pool in my backyard and I can't say enough about the service and now friendship that he provided!

Tom & I are so satisfied with the rapid & efficient service work done on our pool plumbing. They didn't install the pool much to our regret. Sure wished we had known about this company.
