We had an excellent experience with Barkman Landscaping. We wanted a back yard remodel with a new retaining wall, patio, and improved drainage. From the initial consultation, through the design process, and during the construction, the entire team was friendly and professional. The finished product looks amazing and the craftsmanship is top notch.

They were even able to resurrect my ancient irrigation system that hadn't been used in 15+ years. We are looking forward to getting our front yard landscaped next year. A big thanks to everyone at Barkman!

Called and left message for a quote. No one ever bothered to call back. Guess all these businesses are just to busy but not courtesy enough to even call back. Waste money on a billboard to advertise but don't bother to get back with prospective customers. Professionalism and common courtesy are a thing of the past I guess. I'd give zero stars if I could.

My wife and I searched high and low for a contractor to design and build a 25'x25' paver patio. We met with a handful of contractors and discussed design and estimates, however we knew after our first meeting with Mark Barkman that his professionalism and vision stood above all the others. Mark assigned his associate partner, Rob Herron to our project. Rob's crew is one of the most professional crews I have ever worked with.

They listened to our ideas and suggestions and were very thorough with their work. Rob explained everything to us and discussed even the minor changes to ensure we were happy with our project. Rob and Micah stayed to the end to make sure I was 100% satisfied and they had no problems returning to the job site for minor repairs. We absolutely love the patio and pergola that they built for us. It exceeded our expectations! The lighting they added is beautiful in the evening. Barkman Landscaping removed an aging and overgrown landscape design And redesigned an outstanding landscape for us last Summer. They created a design that met our needs and desires perfectly, including decks and hardscape and new sprinkler additions to accommodate new beds and plants. The desire to have simplicity and sophistication in mind was met as the plants have matured this Spring and Summer revealing exactly the textures, colors and ease of care we needed.

Their target budget after the project was completed left no surprises even with several unexpected adjustments during the course of the project. They handle our sprinkler service and maintenance and address questions as they come up! We are happy customers and thankful for the design team and maintenance staff!

Barkman Landscaping redesigned our front and side yard. Neighbors walking by have commented on the beautiful yard. We are very happy with the quality work. They also designed our patio and rock wall with steps. We will call them for any future gardening work.
