Poor customer service experience, poor communication, poor management experience. I was promised that the company will fix the drainage problem, but the work done fixed nothing.

Pro Cut provides very professional services to all its customers. Since Pro Cut has been servicing my irrigation system all year round lawn has improved greatly. The lawn has come back dramatically with the programming of system correctly. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and willing to explain every detail to you and make sure you understand what service they are going to provide for you no hidden surprises. In these trying times it's great to see a company that values its customers.

I have been using ProCut for several years. I could not be happier with their service. My yard is one of the nicest on my block. In an era where nobody ever answers the phone. After meeting with several pool companies, we chose ProCut for two reasons. 1. We liked that they would manage the whole project. With the other pool companies we met with, you have to contract separately with the landscaper to finish the job. Pool companies will not do things like regrade your backyard and build retaining walls (both things we needed). ProCut has existing relationships with pool companies, electricians, and plumbers etc. and they oversee all aspects of the project. 2.

We had a good feeling about Alex. When we first met Alex, he told us that he does not just install pools, he transforms backyards. He asked what our ideal backyard would look like, then worked within our budget to make our dreams come true and we could not be happier. In addition to a free form heated pool with surrounding pavers, ProCut installed two retaining walls, one natural stone to level off the yard, and a second one with paving stones behind the pool with a water feature.

They regraded the backyard, and did extensive tree stump removal (Alex was upfront and honest that he was not the most economical choice to clear a section of our backyard and referred us to a tree removal company). They installed fencing, planted trees for privacy, and laid down sod. They also installed the drainage system that was required by town code.

We are both very detail oriented and Alex and his team were very easy to work with. When issues did come up he was able to come up with solutions that were often better than the initial design, and he did not nickel and dime us with change orders in the process. He is very passionate about landscape design and has extensive knowledge on construction and pool installation best practices.

The crew lead by Hilmer was hard working and a pleasure to deal with. The town building inspector said it was the cleanest pool job site he has ever seen. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend working with Alex.

I have been using this company for the past two years. For for the past two years the constantly disappointed me. Yes the are really nice when takin your money but extremely unprofessional when it comes to delivering service. Alex is very rude and very unprofessional. While Bill the owner seems to be nice, he doesn't know how to manage he workers very well.

Critical: Professionalism The owner of this business Alex is an extremely unpleasant person. Rude, condescending and has a real attitude about him. I wouldn't let him come anywhere near my property.

Our home is located on a steep hillside in Piermont and taking on any projects, especially landscaping/exterior work, has proved to be an extra challenge. Finding a landscaping partner that knows the area and that is ready and willing to help with cleanup, design, soft and hardscaping has been an ongoing process. Thankfully, we found Alex and the team at Pro-cut.

They have not only been incredibly responsive and helpful, but they have sent a fabulous crew every time. Professional, courteous and just down right good at their jobs. To-date, we have used Pro-cut for pesky bamboo removal, seasonal clean-up, sod placement, rock placement and stone work, mulching, planting, and design consult. We highly recommend these guys even if we really want to keep them all to ourselves!

Pro Cut just completed work on our back patio and front stoop/steps/walkway and we are very pleased with the work and experience. They demoed out our old deck, flattened the space and installed a large patio with steps off of the back door in 1 weeks time. They also repointed brick and laid new stone, steps and a walkway in the front yard in under a week.

The workers were very hardworking (generally working from 8am-7/8pm each day), they were kind, respectful and took extra care in finishing the job to clean up, lay grass seed, and put in new mulch in all of our surrounding beds. Very pleased, highly recommend and will use them again for future projects.

Bill, the owner, is professional courteous and an expert in his field. He met with us to discuss the scope of work we wanted. He custom designed a layout that was beautiful and magnified the curb appeal of our home. Pricing was worth every penny, for the work they did. When the team started working, Bill ensured that the project was completed accurately and on time.

His team, was amazing (especially, Junior - site supervisor) they completed the project and left our property clean and stunning. The quality and craftsmanship of their work is stellar. An additional bonus is that contacting the office for any reason, is straightforward, Dahiana is very helpful.

I did a lot and major work at my property, grading my soccer field, put soil and grass, removed stamps and built two large terraces with boulders. Many companies came by to price the work but they gave me almost double the price from what pro cut priced out and did the work. I had to be a bit patient with their schedule because it was a very busy summer, but they did come and deliver the work at a level that I am very happy with. Great company great value! Last July I was gathering estimates and ideas to have my front walkway done with pavers and a backyard paver patio with a built-in fire pit. After 5 estimates and designs from 5 different companies, no one came close to the creativity of Alex. The other 4 companies showed me a basic square pattern and Alex designed a patio with landscaping that blew the others away.

The best was he emailed my wife and I a 3d photo of exactly what it would look like. The workers that showed up everyday to do the masterful work were the happiest bunch of guys that I ever had working at my house. The price was a little more then others but believe me it was well well worth it!

Simply the BEST landscaping company! Bill, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, creative and will work with you and your budget. My lawn has never looked so great and everyone who visits always complements it. Pro Cut's staff is equally as great. Customer service is superb- Bill is always one phone call away and his assistants Dahiana and Nicole are always available to answer any questions.

The level of professionalism in the work of the Pro Cut team is clearly visible in everything they do. I've done many landscaping projects with Pro Cut- from the planting of trees, to removing a concrete patio to installing pavers to adding pool lights- and the employees are always willing to stay late to finish the work with a smile on their face and I have to say that I am always impressed with the final product.

I've recommended Pro Cut to many of my family members and I always get the same feedback from them- expression of gratitude for the recommendation because the work is just exceptional. Worth every single penny that you spend. HIGHLY recommend!

UPDATE: Here's a real account of the work that Pro Cut does. after I left the original review 4 months ago, I guess they made a point of getting good reviews (real?) to sway the average. Pro Cut contacted us after my real review 4 months ago. promising to fix the issues, free of charge if we removed the bad review. Their representative also threatened to sue me for deformation of character. Loll Pro Cut has yet to make good on their promise of fixing the mess they made.

They did send a worker over to fix the little things, which my husband had already fixed. We still have no CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY for our house because of Pro Cut NOT PULLING A TOWN PERMIT AND NOT MAKING GOOD ON ALL THEIR PROMISES. BEWARE!

First and foremost never filed for a permit with our town to do the work.talked about it, but never actually did it. What a headache that has become. Ripped out sprinkler heads and rain sensor on our existing system, didnt replace or fix any of that. Also buried a head. That one is still buried. He was supposed to come back the next year and fix any areas with issues.

We fixed it ourselves. Built us a koi pond, that froze solid. Thank God I got the fish out before it was to late. Made tons of promises but once he was paid lived up to none. You still want to use him? Good luck. I only gave him one star because I had to.

Got my back patio and walkway done with Pro Cut. I have to say is that was perfect. I love to walk in my backyard and seeing the perfect job that was done here. Although I hired this company due to the great reviews and recommendations from everyone, speaking to Dahiana in the office sealed the deal for me, her knowledge was great and her customers service made me feel very comfortable reassuring me that I will get a quality job and she was right! Wow fantastic all new beds trees replaced lawn repair now we need a little water and it will stay beautiful. The crew was so nice stayed until the job was done, left in the dark after cleaning up and leaving my home looking great. Thanks Bill you really delivered. Janet L

The worst service I have experienced as a new customer! I scheduled an appointment for a quote two weeks in advance. I was told they cannot visit me after hours, so I left the office (across the bridge) during my lunch hour to wait for someone to stop by during office hours. After an hour, no one showed. (not to mention that I was given a two hour window!).

When I called, I was told that a voicemail was left for me to tell me that the appointment was canceled. (They dialed the wrong number!). I decided to give him one more chance and asked to reschedule. On the rescheduled day, I called to confirm my appointment and was told once again that it was being canceled. If this is how they service you when you are a new customer, what does it say about their service once you are a customer? Terrible!

Rarely, if ever, comes early enough in the day or on time to plow my driveway and walkways during snow storms. My wife and I have to call every time to find out where the snow plow truck is and when its coming. It is incredibly frustrating to look out my window every storm to see all of my neighbors' driveways plowed but rarely mine. :

I've been using Pro Cut for years now. They are reliable, trustworthy and do a great job. Nicole is always quick to answer any of my questions or concerns. Alex is also quick to respond to any questions it worries I may have.

Alex and the team do fantastic work. They built me a beautiful, natural stone front walkway and porch. It was a big job and they did it quickly and for a great price. The job is top quality. If my house disintegrates over the next 1000 years, I think the great work they did will be the last thing standing.

Pro-Cut came in and did an amazing job in my yard! We had them install a paver patio and some landscaping surrounding the area. What an improvement, they had a vision of the job I just couldn't imagine. This far exceeds my expectations. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there was some rescheduling and lateness in the beginning. We are very glad we were patient. You won't regret it.

Pro Cut Landscaping has been our landscape company for over 20 years. Bill and his crew have cut our lawn and performed fall and spring clean up all of those years. Bill installed a fish pond for us and has done paver work as well. Most recently ( 8-22 and 23 - 2017) his men repaired the paver patio and walk in my back yard and trimmed trees and removed bushes in my front yard.

The work far exceeded my expectations. I expected a reset of a few of the pavers, but his men felt the job would be better if they took up all of the pavers ( about 300 sg ft) and reset all of them. My patio and walk look like new again!

Pro cut was great. Price was reasonable came when they were supposed to left everything neat. Made sure they went the extra mile. My yard never looked better. In one day they graded the yard replanted beds cleaned up the eyesore even removed an old tree. Highly recommend them.

I saw good reviews through a different site and loved the photos so called and made an appointment. Was called by Pro Cut the next day that the appointment had to be rescheduled so we rescheduled. My appointment was set for 5:30 and by 6:00, when no one had showed up I called and left a message. I called again at 6:30 and left another message. By 5:00 the next evening I hadn't received a phone call back, even after they missed the appointment and received two messages so I called them.

The woman who answered couldn't explain why no one had shown up for the appointment. She then read back an incorrect address and an incorrect phone number. I had no idea where they had gotten that address or phone number with my numbers reversed since they had used the correct number to call and change the appointment. She then told me she would look into it and call me back. That was more than two days ago and still no phone call. Thankfully there are many other talented landscapers in the area!

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from the business! They walked away in the middle of my project and I never saw or heard from them again.which was fine because the work done was horrendous. Other landscapers that came to look at it where shocked. One wouldn't even touch the job.

Owner is a nice man. The problem is those who work in the office. Arrogant, petulant and petty attitudes. I'm finished with them.

HORRIBLE! I I called 3 times for an estiamte. They kept telling me they were sending it over and nothing. This is after I waited at home for someone to come that never showed! Worst customer service ever!

I have never been so angry at a contracting company in all my life. Worst experience ever! Arrogent, obnoxious, unprofessional, disrespectful to women, and shady practices. Alex Adamo the general manager is the one who comes to your home and makes the estimates. He missed two appointments we had in a row with no phone call. Third appointment late two hours so I called and the Nicloe put me on hold for three minutes, obviously calling him, came back on said he'll be there in an hour. An hour and a half late he shows up like nothing happened, no recognition, no apology.

I decided to forget it and continued to ask if I can have the lawn cut every two weeks instead if one, because I thought the price of $40 a cut once a week was more than I needed. He responded by condescendingly stating that all his customers do it weekly and that he charges $45 because the grass is longer! When I asked if that involved trimming and blowing it away, he again very condescendingly said, " We met once before right?

I explained this already." No we didn't because he didn't show up, must of confused me with some other costumer. Am I hearing all this right? Who is this arrogant, guy think he is. I staring him down in a very displeased manner, while I calmly explained what I wanted. He gave me the estimate and we shook hands insincerely and he left. I wrote an email to his boss Bill Fowler and got no response. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

We had almost 2 dozen contractors come out this year for various project estimates and this was by far the WORST experience we've had. I called Pro-Cut to set an appt. and they were going to come out right after work. Alex, their General Manager and #2 in charge, called me in the afternoon the day of our appointment and said he was right around the corner and could he stop by to access the property. Sure.

He then called back in a little while and gave me a ridiculously low estimate. so I asked him to provide me a written estimate so we could move forward with the work. A week later and no estimate received I called to follow up. Someone in the office told me he was on the phone and would call me right back. The following week, with no returned call and still no estimate, I left a message on Alex's cell phone.

Then 3 days later, still no response, I decided to stop by the office. Someone in the office contacted Alex, who was out on the road, and I was told I would have an estimate the following week. The week came and went so the following Monday, I decided to try Alex one more time on his cell. I reached him and he said he was with a client but would call be right back. I'm still waiting. I highly encourage you to contact them if you unprofessionalism, being ignored, blown off and lied to.
