As with any new business gaining the trust and generating business was a little hard so had to go and work for another company the first couple of seasons until our company was able to sustain my needed salary, thanks to my background in computers quickly found out the great potential we had by combining technology within our field, our customers were thrilled to see their designs come to life on a computer screen before we started the work, from 1 employee we grew to 10 in a short period of time working 12 hrs.

Much before the job is done, the mind has to be filled with the output.

In my opinion, Stay FAR AWAY from Aztlan and Jorge. It is my experience that he is very dishonest and it's been my experience that if he doesn't like you, he will purposely and covertly sabotage your project like he did to me.(see photos). We agreed on a price and material for the construction of a Cambridge Stone walkway and retaining wall. It took forever just to get him to start the work.
Once the work was started he tried to skimp out on the materials and on what we agreed upon in the contract despite us being super nice to his wife and kids who visited the site frequently. Gave food, drinks and chairs to sit on while they watched Jorge and his workers do the work. I was stern on insisting that he stick according to the contract and give us what was all agreed upon.
Finally he did stick to the contract BUT he left us a few big SURPRISES. The retaining wall started to fail (lean) and we consulted a different contractor cause it was so stressful dealing with jorge. The new contractor found that Jorge did several things wrong that could have ONLY been done DELIBERATELY on purpose and also negligence. The drain pipe was DELIBERATELY wrapped in a NON-POUROS plastic tarp and it was pitched up and not down so no water would ever get into it or flow in the proper direction and even if it did the drain pipe was not even connected to the pvc pipes at the wall as well as out in the field.
So therefore no water would ever get in the drain or drain out. Wow! That's anger. My new contractor said no honest or competent contractor could ever make such a mistake like that. There is another person whom I don't know who wrote a similar review as mine. See photos attached. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE AND WASTED MONEY AND STAY CLEAR OF ATZLAN AND JORGE.

I would highly recommend Aztlan Outdoor living for the services they provide and won't hesitate to hire them again. Jorge the owner and out door living designer is a very knowledgeable contractor, I hired the company to design and build my back yard, the design was more than what me and wife expected, he followed all of our request and add more of his own, with their 3D design we were able to actually visualize the outcome of the project.
They installed a Fire pit, walkway, seating area, patio and he even add a water fall which I didn't even thing was going to be able to fit in my space. Carmen the office manager was always in communication with us keeping us posted on every step of the way. The crew was polite arrived early in the morning with an smile in their faces, they did a great job.

They are truly amazing highly recommend. The pond came out amazing and they listened and what the recommend was great. They were very attentive. I couldn't have asked for better service. The final project was so much more than I could have ever imagined. I will highly recommend Aztlan Outdoor Living

I have been working with Jorge and Carmen on my outdoor landscaping and hardscaping for a few years now. They really do amazing work. First and foremost, the initial planning phase really blew me away more than any other company that I met with. The 3D rendering videos showing my exact house and land, and then layering on each phase of construction - WOW!
It allowed me to see Jorge's vision far better than a regular 2D drawing. When we started on the project Jorge was always very communicative, willing to work within my price points, and offered many tips on getting everything done within my budget (like buying all the pavers at once, but installing them in a two parts). He convinced me to do a water feature that I wasn't sure about, and now I couldn't see my backyard without it!
He saw a large boulder in my woods and brought it out front and center - I never would have thought to make it a centerpiece! The work itself is beyond compare. Well done, professional, clean and timely. Pavers were done using all the proper steps (leveling, stone down, pavers, and dust) so that they would last. His crew is also made up of a bunch of really great guys. They are professional and courteous. I would recommend Jorge and Aztlan to everyone!

All expectations exceeded. Jorge will listen to your ideas and requirements and then use his years of experience and artistic skills to create a visual that will seem like a photo of the finished project. A timely, professional conscientious team will transform your landscape as presented and reviewed in the visual proposal. We replaced our aging deck with pavers, retaining walls and landscaping that completely changed the appearance and enjoyment of our house. Jorge, Carmen and the crew were professional, clean, on time, on budget and were actually fun to have around as we watched their creation take shape. Highly recommended.
