New Paltz Gardens Landscape

I have had a very positive experience since moving here. The lovely environment is a relaxing one where you can take a leisurely walk with your dogs, which is a plus. The area is close to stores, restaurants and other services. Tracy, the Office Manager is a gem, and has been courteous whenever I had to call. She has the people skills that put others at ease and addresses their concerns. Any minor issues I had were handled in a timely, professional manner by Bryan the Maintenance Manager and Rob. It is truly a pleasure dealing with such a nice team!

Greatest place to grow up in New Paltz! Enjoyed the pool, the woods, the neighbors and the pets! Enjoyed never once having to shovel snow as - Bryan and Rob are absolute shovel machines!

The hidden treasure of New Paltz! Beautiful units, grounds, pool, laundry facilities. and a great place to walk your dog! (It is one of the only pet friendly facilities in the region!) Well maintained thanks especially to the hard work of Bryan and Rob! Kudos to them and Tracy, the manager - professional, kind and competent!

Scotty helped with a leak in my apartment and did a great job doing it. Reported the leak and within no time he was here to take care of it. Great place to live and couldn't be happier with my new home.

New Paltz Gardens is home! I am so happy to be at a place where I can feel safe and comfortable. Tracy is so very helpful and prompt whenever you call the office, and Bryan, the Head Maintenance person, is very professional and makes sure any work needed is done quickly and well. They are a great team!

I have been a resident of New Paltz Gardens for over 35 years. During that time I have seen many managers and maintenance men come and go. Out of all of these people, I have found Tracy, Bryan and Rob to be the most dedicated and helpful to the residents. Their dedication and concern has made my current residency more hassle free then all the previous years.

Whenever I run into a problem or a situation, I know that Tracy, Bryan and Rob will do their best to help me through. I personally feel very fortunate to have these employees here.

I highly recommend living at the New Paltz Gardens. It is in a great location and is pet friendly. The maintenance team is excellent. Rob has helped me on multiple occasions, he is always friendly, professional, and timely!

Great place to live! All the staff is very friendly especially Tracy and Brian. Any issues are taken care of immediately.

Any time Ive had to interact with Tracy or the maintenance people, Ive had a good experience! The apartment is decent (although price could be better) and in the summer the lawn is always cut, in the fall the leaves are always blown away, and in the winter it's always plowed. I haven't checked out the pool yet bc I believe it costs extra to be able to go.

This place isn't a college dorm, so if you have loud, partying or smoking neighbors, theres really nothing that the complex can do about it. We had an issue a while back, but since we've had better neighbors, we are much happier. The washing machines (building #3 specifically) DONT get the job done, even with small loads, so I go elsewhere for laundry. Overall a good place to live! Easy to get in and out of town. I would recommend it!

The atmosphere of this place is very nice, the office ladies are helpful and very friendly. The maintenance are a great people. But the bad thing about this Complex is that it is very old, and if you're living on the right side "Where no cars can be in front of the buildings" then you're definitely suffering, they just don't fix everything on that side, nor even the sidewalks are good and straight, it's like a bumpy road.

The few last buildings next to the swimming pool are the worst and the dirtiest. Also, the doors of the buildings are cracky and some of them is broken! And once again, nothing has changed, the stairs carpets in the last few buildings are oily with lots of smell (No wonder why the bedbugs are coming). Again, no one is doing anything, for the price we're paying, Poughkeepsie got a lot nicer and newer apartments, if you can drive, don't hesitate to check Poughkeepsie's apartments.

And there is a guy who comes ONCE AWAKE to vacuum the buildings and the stairs! Why even bother to come if the carpets are oily and dirty and smelly?! I hope they can try harder to satisfy their tenants!
