We just had Full Service Aquatics do a complete renovation of our pond that we had done almost 18 years ago. We went a little bigger and deeper as well. Mike and his team were great and blew away our expectations! Mike kept us informed and was readily available if we had any questions along the way. We couldn't be happier and are looking forward to many days and nights sitting outside and relaxing to the sounds of the waterfall. We intend on utilizing them for our pond maintenance needs as well. We highly recommend Mike and his team! A++++++

Called to schedule a pond cleanout several weeks ago after seeing ads for "schedule your cleanout today! Taking appointments!" Was told on the phone that I was scheduled for the week of 4/10 and would get a call for what specific day(s) that week. I thought "great.pond will be clean for Easter weekend company!" Never received a call. I attempted to get in touch to find out what day they were coming, after several unanswered calls I finally get a response saying they have to reschedule for the following week.
I figure ok.stuff happens, I can wait another week. No big deal. I then get a message the morning before the NEW cleanout date telling me that they are completely canceling me and will not be able to provide pond services any time in the near future.yet within a few hours they are still advertising to take on more work and "schedule your cleanout today!" Unreliable and unprofessional customer service.
Will not use them or recommend again. Wasted over a month of my time when I could have hired someone else. It appears to me they are only interested in big money jobs (installs and renovations) and can't be bothered with anything less. Find someone who cares and values customers time as much as their own.

I was very anxious about having a request for a duck pond. Safety. And decreased maintenance were my biggest concerns. I had a very different idea the day Mike and his amazing crew showed up at my house about what this project would actually look like. But before I go into that. let me say, I have never ever had a team that worked so precisely and in such a kind spirit as this team of experts did.
There was not a thing I needed to ask to be done over ( and I'm a bit controlling!) They gave incredible care to ensure the work That was being done never left any safety hazards for my ducks. Halfway through the job- I walked in and realized I had made the pond way to tight on the inside ( Mike had suggested I go not so tight but I thought it was best my way) I was so upset when I saw it - Mike Stopped the crew and said " you look unhappy" I felt such panic in me bc I couldn't imagine asking them to undo all the work they just did - Mike told me " you being happy with this is most important." I then told him to do what he hadn't originally planned.
The team never even so much as flinched - they very kindly did what was needed. So so so so professional and so incredibly competent. Mike tolerated my need to control certain aspects of the exit of the pond bc one of my ducks has a physical disability; This led to everything to be perfect for her. My husband and I have never had any service so wonderfully orchestrated and so well done.
We could not be happier. This pond is beautiful and stunning. And works great for keeping my ducks happy and me not cleaning a duck pool 2 hours everyday! The pond was not at all what I had imagined. It went well beyond what I could ever think about. It is lovely. The stone he picked is perfect. Mike has answered questions day after day since the pond's completion. Mike and his team were willing to do some Extra things I wanted for the safety for my ducks without showing frustration despite my ongoing requests.
What a beautiful company and Mike is a truly decent human being. I can't wait to have him and his amazing crew back for another project! Fabulous, Fabulous! **I almost forgot to mention that after the job was done they cleaned my yard beautifully. Jay and Angela

I have been using Full Service Aquatics for general pond cleanup and maintenance for years. I had been considering a major renovation to the waterfall section and asked Mike Gannon for his opinion as how to recreate a more natural look. He and his team did a terrific job with the renovation. We were thrilled with the result as the creative design really fit the space well and emulated a natural stream.
His team worked quickly and diligently and got the job done on time and inline with the budget which had been projected. After they had completed the job, the team cleaned up the work site leaving no evidence that they were there except for the beautiful end product. My wife Nina and I look forward to enjoying our beautiful Koi pond and waterfall for years to come. We highly recommend Mike and his team at Full Service Aquatics

We purchased a house last year with a koi pond. I am so glad I found Full Service Aquatics to do our spring cleaning and get the pond going for my first season. They did a great job and answered a lot of my new pond owner questions. I couldn't see the bottom of the pond before and the fish would kick up a cloud of muck when they swam around. Now after Full Service Aquatics did the spring cleaning, the water is crystal clear and I love seeing the fish all the time. Looking forward to a enjoying the pond this spring and summer thanks to Full Service Aquatics!

Mike G and his crew did PHENOMENAL work reconstructing a disaster DIY pond job into a professional paradise for my fish in just a few days. We are super ecstatic with the result! Mike was awesome to work with, always responsive, gave great (and practical) advice, and actually cares about getting the job done right. After the job is done, he takes the time to walk you through "orientation" to make sure you know all the ins-and-outs of maintaining the pond, and makes himself available for any questions or issues well after the fact. No cheap sales tricks or nonsense here, Mike/FSA are the real deal - call these guys for your pond needs.
