Overall quite good, but. New staff should be trained not to say "no, we don't", but instead politely say: "I'm not sure; do you mind if I find out?" I came in today looking for a common item that a dedicated garden center should carry, and instead of accepting "no we don't", I looked around and found what I needed in under 3 minutes.

I love New England Nurseries. The management and the work crew from top to bottom are really honest, hard working, helpful and knowledgeable people. Since discovering this nursery I have only had great experiences! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about all their plants and care for each and every one. The inside store is cottage aesthetic heaven covered with plenty of gardening books and adorable house decor. They have a large selection of different pots, soils, and accent pieces for custom terrariums and different potted arrangements. I have fallen in love with this nursery and look forward to each and every visit to feed my plant obsessions!
