LAWN SERVICE (three stars): They do very good general work, but lack on the customer communications and keeping appointment windows/expectations. If you're flexible, you'll probably love them. Generally, they do a good job and do eventually get to everyone. If you're particular about this specific time or that specific request, they struggle with meeting those expectations and usually don't let us know when something has come up to interfere with the schedule.
If I was an absentee resident or landlord, I'd probably give them four stars. LANDSCAPE PROJECT (five stars): I have recommended them to others for specific projects and they were quite pleased with the service and the result.

Very poor customer service. Very rude office staff. Did not show for appointment time when I called was told that they were finishing a job from the day before. When questioned why I was not called " we were too busy". Really a 1 min phone call. Would not give me a window for time in the afternoon and that I could "forgot about the appointment if I didn't like it". l reminded the staff person I was speaking to that I was a long time customer that they had installed my system. Well she said " that was a long time ago." Finally came at 2:30 did nothing stayed 10 mins. Goodbye Starboard side you lost our business!

Employees would leave edges in garden beds, would try to clean them up and i was told nah lets go to the next job we have work to do. Two employees Burned empty cement bags in a residential hood an said if you don't like it go home (i went home). Customer ordered four. yards or mulch, only two yards was used and the other two yards jeff eldredge kept his mouth shut about and kept for his personal usage back in the shop.
Business is buissness and money making is money making. There's good ways and bad ways in every company. I was exposed to all bad habits of business, thanks for everything you've taught me starboard side :)

The above review is a complete fabrication. I know this company, the wonderful work that they do, and the wonderful blessing that they are in the community. They are great customers as well. The person who is supposed to have written the review did not write it, and the person who was spoofed does not even have young children. What a horrible thing for somebody to do, to slander decent, hard working people! Google should make it easier to remove reviews by non-existent people. Shame on Google too.

Had a quote for a spring clean up. Was quoted 350.00. They came out and did the clean up. Then we get a bill for 450 because it took longer than they originally thought. The following spring we had them come back and do the same job. Now our bill is 550! Nope nope nope. Even though they did a good job, I will never use them again. Especially since over the course of 2 years their prices went up 200.00, and because we feel we got scammed to see how much money they could get out of us.
