Dooley-Pyne Landscape

I would be very wary of hiring this company for any hardscaping jobs. Hired Dooley-Pyne to remove my old patio and replace with a significantly larger patio and small retaining wall. They did not deliver the work according to design, used the wrong block and even mixed two types of blocks (smooth and textured) throughout the project. Examples: 1) Outside edge of patio was designed to be a straight edge with a partial retaining wall transitioning to patio.

As delivered, wall and patio are not even (see picture). 2) I contracted for textured pavers and they installed smooth pavers. When i raised issue I was told if I wanted it corrected, the right material would take 12 month to get if they could get it at all. 3) They actually mixed in some textured pavers across the patio with the smooth pavers, so it isn't even consistently wrong Company's new manager hired specifically for hardscaping agreed it was wrong, but had no ability to remedy.

Robert pine the cmo for the collegeville pa office is irresponsible.while clearing snow from the most recent storm his crew damaged a homeowners property and to make matters worse. the result of this damage almost caused bodily injury to the homeowner.do not contract with robert pine.his crew causes property damage and robert pine does nothing but move on.he is horrific.please run the other way if he is soliciting your business. the incident was reported.proof of the damage is available.he wont take the time to inspect the issue and frankly he doesnt care to take accountability for his or his crews negligence.truly a contractor that doesnt care.

The dooley pyne office that robert pines manages is truly a person that has no integrity and lacks character as a man.most recently his snow removal team caused several hundreds of dollars of damage to a property in phoenixville.while this might not seem to be a big deal.the results of this damage almost caused bodily injury to the homeowner.a person with any morals would have informed the homeowner and would go out of there way to rectify things.not robert pines and the hoa board.supposedly they hsve the best interest of the homeowners as there primary responsibility.yes this is the homeowner that prevented anyone in his family from being injured due to the quick action he took to protect his family when the metal pieces began flying.shame on you robert and the hoa.i hope this same situation doesnt happen to any of the 5 of you.pure negligence on all levels.

Dooley Pyne has provided snow removal services at a couple of the properties I had the privilege of managing. Bob does an amazing job with providing timely responses and expediting/communicating what is needed to the team. The onsite team also works extremely hard and is courteous. Guy Pyne, the owner, is also one of the most kind and genuine people I have worked with.

If you have the pleasure of working with this team, you should know that you not only will receive some of the best service, but that the company providing the services are good people, who care about their working team, and their customers. Nice work everyone : Thank you for everything you do.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness They do a horrible job at mowing. They cut the grass so fast that is ripped up my yard. My backyard barely grows any grass because of it. They also said they would put grass seed down come fall and I have yet to see that happen. They are overpriced for the work they do.

I had Dooley-Pyne out for an estimate for landscaping and some drain work. We were rescheduled once for the estimate, fine no problem. When they finally came out, we reviewed the work we wanted to have done. We were told 3-7 business days for an estimate. On day 5 I called realizing they did not have an email to send the estimate. I called again on business day 9 to see where things were.

I was told things were behind and I would eventually get it. I am now 3 weeks out from our visit without even an estimate. Clearly we will not be using them, because if it takes this long to tell me how much money I'll be giving you, god knows how long it will take to do the work.

We initially had some issues with poor service related to our lawn maintenance, due mostly to inexperienced workers (good help is hard to find, especially in covid times). We expressed our concerns to the owners, who apologized and promised to improve the quality of our service. They were very understanding and responsive, something that's not easy to find these days with landscaping companies. We are confident moving forward with Dooley-Pyne and know they will make every effort to ensure the quality of service we're expecting and know they can provide.

This is our first season using Dooley-Pyne and our yard has never looked better. The grass is lush, green, and filling in where there have bare spots for years! The team arrived regularly and they are quick, professional, and friendly. So happy with the results already!

We lived in our house 1 year and we were overwhelmed with our landscaping. Unfortunately we let it go and we had weeds up to 5-6 feet. Dooley Pyne VP Robert came out and was extremely informative and quoted a very reasonable price for a difficult job. I received another quote that was near double. Their workers were on time, careful, courteous, and extremely professional over 2.5 days of work.

They treated our home with such respect and their work ethic was impressive. All our neighbors got their business cards since everyone was impressed. They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned our development road so no debris was left. Highly recommend them and I'll be sure to use them again. Thanks Robert and crew.

Dooley-Pyne has been cutting my lawn for years. Very responsive to my calls and emails. Whenever anything comes up they get back to me quickly and clearly. Thank you for dealing with my lawn so I don't have to!

I used Dooley-Pyne to rebuild a decayed retaining wall and they did an excellent job. They quoted me a reasonable price, got the project done in the time frame we discussed and the job was done very professionally. I will not hesitate to use them on future projects.

From the first meeting with VP of Landscaping, Bob Butzbach, to experiencing the excellence of gardeners Augustine, Louis & Tony, our property was transformed. Dooley-Pyne's professional care with our garden, their great kindness and conscientious way of handling any questions or concerns, (thank you Chris!) all helped to bring our home into Spring glory.

It's amazing how a company says they will get back to you and you keep getting back to them wondering when they will follow through on their yearly service you want. I started reaching out to them the end of August after getting a quote last year, I pursued contact with them 3 times until now when two days ago I left a message asking for the owner William Pyne to give me a call, still waiting. just wanted to let him know what had happened and how his company is being run, figured it was important to their business, as if I was a business owner I would want to know. Needless to say I decided to find another company and they were great! Customer Service beyond what you would expect today, very impressed, Nature Lawn of America.

I have used DP for over 5 years to cut my grass each season and always have been extremely satisfied. They come the same time each week and are quick and professional. They evaluate if my grass needs to be cut and won't if not need. Customer service is responsive and keeps you updated if there is a schedule change. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been using Dooley Pyne for my lawn care since I moved into my current house in 2009. Their service is excellent and reasonably priced. I use them every year in the fall and the spring to cleanup, seed, mulch, prune along with leaf removal. I live in a very wooded area so this is a large lift for me. They do it quickly and efficiently and I have never had a complaint.

Their customer service is excellent and they have saved me from the doghouse with my wife around Thanksgiving and Mother's day almost every year because I forget to schedule until the last minute. They always fit me in and do not charge me for my forgetfulness. I also use them for my normal lawn maintenance. They do a great job, cutting, edging and blowing off the driveway when they are done. Always looks good and done quickly. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone looking for a lawn care service.

Dooley Pyne is the landscaping company contracted by the HOA where I live. Some weeks the lawn care isn't awful, other weeks major areas of our lawn are left untouched until the next week and by that time the grass can be up to a foot high. Based on this experience I would not recommend this company.

One of the best if not THE BEST landscape contracting company around. They provide every service under the sun from full service hardscaping to weekly lawn maintenance. Very good staff and crews. Very reasonable pricing and they will always work with you on pricing. They are always offering discounts left and right. I will continue to use them for years to come.
