I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Sometimes they're much higher than big box stores and at times they are muuuch cheaper. It pays to compare and pay attention. An example is these Star jasmine I picked up today. $28 each at Bay Area Design whereas they were $64 at local big box (Lowes). I find that more unique items are cheaper here and simple flowers/bushes are usually a bit cheaper at major retailers. I like shopping local and they do offer military discounts so I'll keep going back. Not to mention they are just across the street from me.

I have used them a couple of times and they did a great job both times. David knows his stuff and let me know of a tree termite problem I would have never caught. Just be forewarned, they are always booked up so plan ahead as you will be waiting for awhile but you will be glad you used them. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

Bay Area Tree Experts, did an excellent job on my trees! Thank you David for helping me make the right decisions for my trees, and letting me know that I had a China Doll Tree. I never knew anything about it. I do now; thanks to your extensive knowledge! Out of all the companies that have maintenance my trees, they are the most well informed and really care. I will most definitely call them again!

Best nursery in the Houston area! I just discovered this nursery quite by accident on my way to another famous nursery. Bay Area Design is by far the best nursery I have been to, and I have been to many. The selection is wonderful, the prices are great, and the quality is all first-class. Love all the people working there, they seemed all polite and helpful.
I hear great reviews about their landscape design and installation and tree removal service from many of my friends as well, and I am sure to be using their services in the future! Keep up the good work, you have gained a happy customer!
