Rhadiante and her team are simply the best. We found Rhadiante after working with another company who didn't quite get our vision. She understood what we wanted immediately and designed a space better than I could have ever imagined it. The overall flow of the yard, plant selection and her management of the contractor and his team were all perfection. If only I could get someone like her to manage work on the inside of my home!

Worked with Rhadiante and her crew before and during the pandemic. Though we had extra challenges with the shut-downs, Rhadiante, Lori and the workers worked with us with patience and creativity. Rhadiante and her team did an amazing job re imagining what our suburban yard could be. We have the most beautiful outdoor spaces that bring me joy every day when I look out the windows. Rhadiante managed to create a space that requires little maintenance and looks gorgeous both day and night.

Rhadiante did an awesome job helping us and designing a new backyard deck for our house. We had to replace a deck the previous owner built because it wasn't permitted and up to code. I wanted to replace the deck with something that wouldn't require any railing (despite a 3' drop off) and also would be up to code. Rhadiante came up with a brilliant idea that involved a built in bench at the drop off to add seating and avoid needing railings. Rhadiante adjusted the plans to meet our needs and worked with the city to ensure we could get permits. The end result is beautiful and functional. I highly recommend Elemental Design.

Rhadiante created a beautiful landscape for a speculation home we were developing and we were very pleased. We are a development company of ultra high end homes. We found Rhadiante creative, attentive to our needs - she listens, responds timely, is responsible, professional, most importantly, she has a sense of humor and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

We have had the beautiful backyard for more than 5 years now and we still love it! Not only the original design and construction totally meet our desire and need but also the great maintenance provided by Rhadiante and Neil. Our garden is designed to be low maintenance but half a year maintenance is definitely a must for us as it goes a long way with very reasonable cost.

We hired Rhadiante to help us plan our big back yard. After 7 years living in this house, we could not figure out how to use our space! Rhadiante really listened to our needs and concerns and got right down to business at our kitchen table. She was able to take our jumbled vision and draw it out on paper perfectly. She always asked for our input and I truly felt that she and my husband and I were a team in the planning.

We are DIY'ers so implementing the plan is slow going, but I'm confident we've got the right layout for our space. I will call her again to help me with a plant list!

This is the first time I leave a review in yelp and Elemental Design Group is that worth it. We were expecting a baby in mid-May and looking to get our backyard done in early April. That's a crazily tight timeline especially when all contractors are all busy this summer in the bay area. The result and the process are both fantastic, and my wife and I absolutely love it.

We have a very small backyard and we are glad Rhadiante doesn't mind it's a small project and is very helpful all the way until it's done. She met us early April to quickly go over the design and drew it out immediately. When picking contractors, we had a hard time getting a contractor who can deliver in such a short time, so Neil picked up this project.

We are really happy to see it done within 2 weeks, with beautiful stone flooring, a nice handcrafted bench, and very fine details everywhere. Neil loves his job and is a really nice person to talk to. Rhadiante is the best, she frequently followed up on the progress and treated us like good friends. She also helped us to save money, listing the cost of every item in details and discussing with us.

We have never hired a contractor to do remodeling/landscaping before so don't really know what to expect, but they blew away any possible expectation we could've set. I highly recommend Elemental Design Group and will not think anyone else next time we need to do any landscaping work.

Elemental Design Group just finished redoing our front and back yards. Rhadiante's design included a handsome new walkway and stone wall in our front yard and curved bluestone steps from the lower patio area to the raised garden area of our backyard. Rhadiante is truly an artist, with creative and beautiful ideas for solving the particular problems of our yard and staying within our budget.

During construction, Neil was at our house every day, supervising a small crew comprising himself and a few others. He did a brilliant job bringing Rhadiante's design to life, including building a set of lovely dry-stack-looking (but mortared for stability) bluestone steps and shaping and placing other bluestones for pathways. He also devised a low-voltage lighting switching system tailored to our needs.

Both Rhadiante and Neil were wonderful to work with. They paid attention to each plant and every detail of the project, were flexible when we wanted to make small changes mid-construction, and consulted us every step of the way. We're thrilled with the result. And they haven't disappeared now that the project is finished. They seem genuinely interested in making sure our garden thrives and grows into the beautiful and interesting low-water, low-maintenance space we desired.

We have a stunning backyard thanks to Van de Voorde Elemental Design Group. People gasp when they look out our sliding glass doors and see the fountian, natural rock retaining wall, arbors, etc. When we met with Radiant she asked us what we wanted, the features, the general feel of the yard, functionality, etc. and she sketched as we talked. By the end our our initial meeting we had a rough draft that provided very clear direction for drawing up full plans.

The plans themselves were meticulous, helped us understand the overall expense breakdown, and facilitated installation. Five years later the yard is better than ever and has been the site of numerous parties and family gatherings. We are very happy with the results.
