Working with Matt Porter was a positive experience, from the initial consult where he shared design ideas, through the installation, Matt was available and easy to work with. The men that did the installation Showed up early and were polite hard workers that were willing to go the extra distance to please a customer! We had B&L re-do the landscape around the entire front of our home. Matt did a great job of suggesting various plants/shrubs and came up with a really nice plan. The crew was very timely, courteous and professional. The work was done on time and and turned out beautifully. They accidentally broke one of lighting wires and came back quickly the next day to fix it. I would definitely recommend and use B&L in the future.

I called to have a total redesign of my front yard. Matt came out and provided a few ideas and took pictures and said he would have his designer come out in a couple of days to look at the yard. After waiting a week for the designer to come out we called and left a message for Matt to call us. It's now been 2 weeks with no designer and no callback from Matt. It takes very little effort to pick up the phone and have a conversation, even if you are busy. We've moved on and found another company with a higher level professionalism.
