Patch Landscaping & Snow

They did an amazing job preparing my front yard to be planted. I'm excited to get started. They also put in a new lawn in my back garden which looks great. Highly recommend.

I think of myself as a particular person with high expectations. but also someone who ranks the importance of 'value' over 'price'. Patch Landscaping did an EXCELLENT job with both soft and hard landscaping in our yard. Christina (the PM) was thorough and the crew was efficient, hard working, detail oriented, customer centric and kind to one another.

All questions were answered. All adjustments were made. Any additional costs were unforeseeable when the original quote was produced, logical, and high value. I can't recommend this group enough! VERY satisfied.

They don't seem to care about their customers. None of their workers are wearing masks.

They hit all the marks! Communicative, professional, quick, and high quality work. They created a patio of permeable paving, fixed the drainage issues and fixed my garden bed walls. My backyard never looked so good!

Their communication and customer service are terrible. First, I submitted a query on their website requesting that they called me for a quote. No response for days. Then I stopped in to see if I could get a quote. Christina came out to the house the next morning and was helpful and friendly; I was encouraged. I conveyed to her that I was looking to move quickly for a fairly substantial residential landscaping design and install.

A week later I heard nothing. I called the office and days later I received an email from Christina saying that she apologized for the delayed response and that a quote would be coming in a few hours. Days later, I had received nothing. I emailed, no response. I emailed again, no response. I emailed again, no response. I called, no response. Almost three weeks later, I received a quote with a couple lines for costs/installation and some pretty hefty prices relative to other firms.

There was no detail on the quote to understand the costs, no design, nothing. Three weeks for this? No thank you. I don't understand how this place is still in business. I called several other firms in the area and they were helpful, timely and communicated clearly.

These guys must not be hurting for business. After an email last winter regarding snow removal to two inquiries this past month on landscaping and no reply, I will not seek them out again. A very large project missed.

This company SUCKS! We have had injuries and pending lawsuits due to this LAZY Company. Stay away from them!

A couple days before Christmas we picked up a gorgeous tree at Patch. The staff could not have been more helpful! They had run out of tree stands and without even asking, they called the hardware store down the street to make sure they still had some in stock. Excellent customer service!

Your team of PROFESSIONALS did a great job on my very small project. It's hard to find a company willing to do small jobs. What took your team 3 hours would have taken me a weekend or two and probably a bottle of Aleve for the back aches. Fast, Polite, and Professional...What more could you ask for. Everyone from Christina to Api to the Crew deserves a pat on the back. I would definitely recommend you to friends and neighbors.

The crew at Patch has been doing a fantastic job at our home for many years now. The weekly lawn care and fall cleanup service are very professionally completed on time, and the crew always ensures that they clean up afterwards and leave the yard looking great. We're a corner lot so there's plenty of lawn to care for. Patch prices are very competitive and the office staff is very responsive and helpful. We are very happy with our Patch lawn care service!
