Services
In 1998, with 40 years combined experience in landscape management and customer service, Tim and Melody Narr created LandWorks, Inc. As demand for our services grew, so did our expertise and scope of offerings. Today, our team of talented landscape architects, horticulturists, and craftspeople deliver creative, thoughtful, and award-winning landscape design, construction, and maintenance services to our ever-growing family of happy clients. Through all the years, reliable, timely, responsive service are the qualities on which we've built our solid reputation.
We stumbled upon this quote on a hiking trail out west, and the message resonates now more than ever. Where can we tune out all the noise and distractions in life to enjoy a moment of peace? Nature has always been our sanctuary, whether outside our back door or on one of our road trip adventures. The changing seasons are always times of reflection and rejuvenation, as we witness and participate in the evolution of a year. Each season invites us to sit back and soak in the breathtaking beauty around us.
Last fall, our dear friend and co-worker Wendy Momoi was taken from us after a long and valiant battle against cancer. Wendy spent her entire career with LandWorks. Over her 23 years as a LandWorker, Wendy gave tirelessly to her clients and co-workers. Southeastern Wisconsin is more beautiful because of Wendy, and her spirit and gardens are still very much alive!

I am 67 years old. I'm retiring from Landworks (the most employee centered organization for which I've been employed during my 54 years of customer service, sales representation, purchasing, landscape design and inventory control experiences at various small businesses and corporate operated establishments) June 30, 2022. It will be extremely difficult leaving my teammates in all sectors of this company.
My co-workers are hard-working dedicated individuals who exhibit respect, positive feedback, and daily 'team' efforts to create gorgeous floral and hardscape designs for appreciative clients. Everyone cares about the health and safety of all. Everyone lends a helping hand when work related obstacles or a personal dilemna arises. We laugh; we joke; we smile; we celebrate both work and personal accomplishments. We are an extended, truly loving family. Working here has been a blessing!

Joining the LandWorks team was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Here, I have a career with a ton of support from my co-workers and leadership who all genuinely care about each other and the quality of our work. I started working as a crew member and quickly worked my way up to a crew leader, and then a Client Service Representative. After 8 years with the company, I'm now the Director of Maintenance Sales. LandWorks genuinely cares about employees' families, and many of us work alternative hours - starting a bit late, leaving a bit early, etc. - to be able to drop kids off at school, go to appointments, etc. Family and health come first, and that's a core value here.

These are true professionals. From Brian and Ann creating the design to JJ and his outstanding crew turning it into reality on site -- the whole LandWorks team created a magnificent landscape for our home. The quality of the work is just spectacular and you can tell it will last for decades. We were so impressed we're scheduling another project next year. Thanks!

Horrible company! They broke one of my customers windows while they were trimming a fence line between the properties. I sent them pictures and a repair invoice and they refuse to do anything because their workers don't remember breaking the window. Well of course your workers aren't going to "remember" breaking the window. I already read the post that says they treat their workers like dirt.
What happens to the guy that "remembers" breaking a window. What kind of company doesn't take care of their mistakes? Horrible! If they don't fix their mistakes, what will happen when they screw something up on your property.

Not one to leave a bad review because I had one bad experience, but I made initial review about a year ago about my husband who worked at Landworks and how much he loved it, as of recently his employment status changed with Landworks and google won't allow me to delete my initial review. Hence this edit, just be careful who you trust people. People are cruel and selfish and they will play any cards to elevate themselves. Wish you all the best.

Shady, nasty, two-faced, and heartless company. Don't be quick to trust this company. They act as if they are "different, " but after doing some research of my own, they overprice everything by the way too much, and their employees are treated like they are objects. If you are considering them for your project. don't (and you can thank me later). If you are considering employment. don't unless you want to be fired for no absolute reason (per their contracts and close testimonies), leaving you with a bad employment record and nothing to fend for your family.

Zero stars if I could. Billed significantly over contracted amount. When I asked for an explanation of the charges relative to the contract, my rep refused to provide clarity or any itemization. She wouldn't even answer the question. Corporate doesn't return calls. Dumped debris on my neighbors property. Often workers milling around not working. Disappointing!

All of these comments about being unfair to employees is absolutely ridiculous and very false! This is the only employer I have ever been with that the owners actually care, and show appreciation for their employees! The ones that are making these negative comments are the ones that get let go for not being a good employee. Landworks only wants the best, and the best ones that actually care and work hard, are the ones that stay! That is why I am still happily employed here
