Zeiler Landscape LLC was founded in June of 1993 by Chad Zeiler after his graduation from Marquette University with a degree in business administration and marketing. Using his eight years of previous landscape experience and his entrepreneur spirit, Chad set out to build a strong business based on professionalism, attention to detail, and high quality while still maintaining competitive rates.
The great thing about installing landscape lighting is that you start with a dark palette, and are able to highlight and accentuate the best features of a customers' property. Our outdoor lighting installations can be either part of your new landscape design project or an addition to your existing landscape.
The Best Approach - Utilize a combination of outdoor lighting techniques to showcase your home and landscape. Use a few 20 watt wall washes, as well as some spotlights to highlight any key architectural features of your home. Showcase any specimen trees or any plants you wish special attention to be paid with a few 35 watt spotlights.
Highlighting - This is a common and quite useful technique in outdoor lighting. Highlighting is created by placing a spotlight at the base of an outdoor feature. By varying the distance and angle of the light fixture, you can experiment with different lighting designs. For example, trees often need two or more fixtures to provide sufficient illumination.

Our family has had the opportunity to work with Chad on multiple different landscaping/patio projects over the past 17 years. We currently have them do all of our lawn servicing starting in the spring through fall. And our most recent project was a paver patio installation and large landscaping project. The owner came to my residence last summer to do an estimate on re-landscaping my backyard retaining wall. He was very friendly, took measurements, and said he would email me an estimate. I never received the estimate from him, and he never responded to my emails. I emailed him again a month ago to revisit the estimate, and he again never responded. I would not recommend this company and will be taking my business elsewhere!
