Coy Landscaping and Maintenance was established in 1980 as a retail nursery. We maintained a propagating house selling everything from bedding plants to twenty-four inch box trees. At the request of many of our customers, our environmental services began and developed. Today we are one of the largest integrated landscape management companies in Arizona, providing complete horticultural services to all of our clients. We offer such services as Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Construction, Irrigation/Water Management, Plant Health Care and more.
MountainBrook Village has been a valued customer of Coy Landscaping since the summer of 2006. In the 1,660 home master planned community, Coy maintains miles of common area landscape, the recreation center, pool area and on-site office. We also provide daily trash pickup to ensure the cleanest appearance at all times.

Asked for bid on normal size house with average yard clean up.$1600, 4 guys for 8 hours.said if it takes less than 8 hours, still going to be $1600.to weed and trim and rake. I don't know about you but I sure don't pay people who charge for an 8 hour day but then add disclaimer that it could be less than 8 hours but still full day charged.also, he wants prepayment for his jobs and for maintenance work. That, I believe, is illegal to ask for in CA. Just thought I'd share what I found out when I asked for an estimate. Sounds very fishy to me

Crew at southern and priest blowing up leaves and dust down outside of iqor continued to blow full blast over the bus stop coating us in dust, dirt and garbage. After we say something he lowers level goes around. We turn to truck, point out number and attempt to take image of it, second worker moves truck to other side of lot. First worker turns around starts blowing other direction and continues right into bus waiting area again. Great foresight and spacial awareness! Never calling this company, can't imagine what other corners they cut.
