This was a lovely local botanical garden. Just off the corner of Mission Blvd at Decoto Rd., It had a fun selection of plants and trees. Most are not labeled though, so be prepared to use Google Image search to find out what they are.

A mix of cultivated with natural wild plants with walking trails allowing dogs but may have wild animals. Picnic tables and benches along the garden paths but the cottage is private. Saw roosters and hens in cages and a huge cactus -- the biggest one ever seen! A hollow tree with a big hole and dried baptismal bowl with candles were part of the strange mix. The garden needs funding because it looks neglected unfortunately, but worth visiting. Nearby horses on hills might be for public riding like the trails.

Went here after a hike. We saw a man doing some gardening by the chicken coop and talked to him for a while. He was nice and informative. The chickens walked right up to us! It is a pretty garden to walk around in. There are a lot of interesting spots to look at.

Such a interesting garden! There are wild things growing everywhere and chicken and Iris garden from in April and May. So many flowers we have never seen before. And close to the cows too, which is fun for the kids. Awesome place to have a little adventure!

Beautiful park and gardens. There are chickens that live on the property and roam around. The garden has plenty of seating throughout and a small creek that cuts through the property. This location is free to visit and is best viewed in the spring.

Wonderful gardens to take a walk with your family all year round! They grow hundreds of species of different vegetables (tomatoes, chilli's, etc.) The gardeners here are also very passionate, knowledgeable and friendly and enjoy talking about various plants that the grow. You can also take home a handful of vegetables (only what you can carry in your hands).
