Design Outdoor first opened in 2002, when co-owners Harold Hilderbran and Dmitri Pruyn decided it was time for change in the hardscape industry. Having combined experience of over 30 years, they both knew all too well the prevailing industry sentiment that while large, repeatable volume, jobs were king, the little guy didn't seem to matter.

Thank you for being closed on July 3rd. Let me inform you that July 3rd is NOT a holiday in anyway shape or form. We drove 45 minutes to GIVE you money. But, you couldn't be bothered to come to work. Its surprising how well the goverment stimulus loans are helping businesses. They help so much you dont even have to open! In closing, I would like to let you know you will not be providing landscaping services nor materials to our new house. Ever.

LakeCrest Builders has used Design Outdoor for several years and we wouldn't ever think of using anyone else. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. You can explain what look you are trying to achieve and they are always willing to do the research and provide samples to review. They have an excellent showroom that is conveniently located in the south end of town. I would highly recommend Design Outdoor to anyone that has architectural stone and or hardscaping needs.
