They came out to do estimate for my yard. The guy just left, didn't say he was leaving, didn't leave my estimate or anything. I then called the next business day and the phones were off the hook. I called them two days later and the same thing. When their line did ring no one answered; I left a voicemail and have yet to hear from anyone.

Cory along with Justin and his team installed a water feature in our backyard. It provides so much stress relief! Just a beautiful piece of art.

Cory, Justin, and Justin's entire team were amazing! They were professional in their work, always asked for the customer's opinion on placements of objects, always cleaned up after themselves, and after their work was done, they even spread grass seed / laid down hay to grow grass back where they were working. I am glad I chose to work with them because it really seemed like everyone truly cared about their work and how it made the company look in the public's eye. I 100% would recommend them to anyone.

5 stars! Justin and his entire team were not only some of the most delightful people to talk to, they were respectful, prompt, courteous, and TALENTED! My yard was NOTHING but a stinking mud pit and they turned it into this amazing piece of art. I 100% would recomend them to ANYONE. It turned out better than I could have dreamed and we are in LOVE! Can't say enough about this amazing crew. We moved into our new house last December. We saw a lot of potential and had many repairs and improvements to make. When it came time to redo our backyard, we were excited but hesitant to work with yet another crew. Lucky for us, our extensive project with True North was the simplest and most satisfying of all.

They were communicative, friendly, and seemed to really enjoy the job. Cory came by and had a design plan to us within a day, taking into account that my wife and I have two dogs and black thumbs. The design document was clear and to the point. We were able to act on it immediately and set things up. The rest of the crew, led by Justin, always kept us up to date on what was being done when and even came by to answer some questions about care and upkeep. We finally feel like our home is what we thought it could be and can't wait to start entertaining in and enjoying our new space. Thanks for all your help!

Cory, Justin, and their team completed a large patio and landscaping project in the back yard of a lake cottage we have, and they did an excellent job. To begin the project, we talked about general ideas with them as we walked around the lot, and we liked their additional concepts a lot. We agreed that we would give them the flexibility to create and make adjustments as the team worked and the project evolved.

We couldn't be happier with the results. They created a landscape design that works beautifully with the incline and shape of the lot, the back of the house, and the shoreline. Cory, Justin, and their crew are great to work with -- they are reliable, hard-working, and friendly. We recommend them highly.

If you are looking for a great landscaping company, True North is hands down the best place around and I cannot say enough positive things about them. We contacted Cory, the owner of True North, to discuss installation of a new patio in our back yard. He came up with a very nice design for the patio that even included a built in fire pit. Their work was simply FANTASTIC! Cory and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional and definitely know what they are doing.

We were so impressed with them and our new patio that we have asked them to come back and do some landscaping in our back yard. Great company, incredibly friendly people, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!
